Outstanding Customer Support
I am new to this payment process and because I missed some information when setting up the payment was stalling. I called Tongo and was connected to a CSR named Mikki. They don't hook up well with my bank. I couldn't get help when I needed it. My bank doesn't like plaids security measures.

Helpful and Easy
I am new to Tongo. I tapped into the commission advance in a time of need. Tongo was super easy to use. The process was simple. I had a couple of questions. I actually got to speak with someone who was familiar with my account. Money was in the bank next day.

Misleading Fees
I was told that the fee for borrowing against your future closing transactions in 3% of what you borrow, but I was charged more than that. 3% of $5000 is $150 and then the $27 transfer fee is only $177. I was charged $250. Why is this?

Ok I cant say it was perfect, but it was amazing!!!
I cant say it was perfect, but life seldom is. What I can say is they did what others couldn't and if you ever find yourself in need of a commission advance and dont want to get soaked go to Tongo. Where they fell short, they waited to tell me how great they are. No attorney approvals, fast turn around, within 24 hours for anew client. A 3% fee, really money in my account quick. They should work on communication, hard time getting the deal clear without giving them my bank account # that was scary, they shouldn't do that. A little marketing about what they actually do and how and this company will be unstoppable!!
