I made a mistake and entered the wrong delivery address on my order. Quince customer service was very supportive and resolved my issue in less than 5 minutes.

I purchased 3 bamboo sheet sets as Christmas presents. When I received my order, (it was delivered 3 days after ordering -so fast!) it was missing one of the sets. The packaging had a hole in the back, so I guess one set had slipped out! I was worried, so
I did take pictures. I chose the customer service text option and my representative was kind and so helpful. She asked me for my order number and which color I was missing. She then ordered me a replacement set with no issues. I loved my experience and now looking at three duvet sets! Great customer service!!

I have been pleasantly surprised and impressed by Quince. I have ordered an entire new bedding set and several pieces of clothing. All have been of high quality, far better quality than I had expected especially because of the great prices. I know a few other people who have been regularly ordering from Quince and also love it. I always check trust pilot before ordering and this is the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a great review. I’ve also needed to contact customer service once for a minor issue and within a few minutes, the issue was corrected and I was given a discount code just for needing to contact them. So I would say they have excellent customer support.

I have had 2 delivery issues with a package. I talked to Quince and they have refunded by order and said "sorry" but do not see any evidence that they work delivery issues with their vendor. After ordering there for several years, I will not be ordering again.

Background: I have placed the same order twice and still don't have the items. Veho is the delivery vendor and they are not performing.
The first time, they left my package outside a closed Mail Ship & More store (not even the store listed on the address) at 10 pm at night. The package, not surprisingly, was stolen.
The 2nd time I put in specific delivery instructions to deliver by 7 pm when the store where my private mailbox is located will close. They rode around with my order on the truck for 2 days, then returned it to their facility and no updates since then.

Quince's response is just an "oh well". No holding their vendor accountable for performance issues.

I had a return that didn’t get issued after almost a month because my return package was just sitting in a USPS warehouse. Quince gave me a refund immediately without any hesitation after investigating. This experience has given me so much trust for future interactions with this company.

Customer was great!! They returned my call within 5 minutes. I received the wrong size on a sheet set. I was sent a full instead of a queen. Unfortunately the queen was no longer available so instead of a exchange I took a refund.

I ordered 4 items yesterday. Received 3/4 TODAY. Amazing quality. True to size. Will definitely order again.
