I wish I knew about Quince years ago, I recently purchased their bamboo bed sheets (king size), and a duvet cover (king size), and have been so impressed with the quality and caliber of the fabrics.

Shipping was quick and would 100% recommend.

I have ordered many items from Quince and most have been excellent. A few were a bad fit or not exactly right on me and Quince made returns and exchanges very easy.

I have found Quince products to be consistently very high quality especially for the price. I started with their $50 cashmere sweaters which are very good. I have at least 6 and they wash beautifully and still look good. I have purchased dresses, pants and accessories. I am very confident in ordering from Quince because their customer service is so good that I know if the item isn’t exactly right, they will exchange or refund without a problem.

Quince Does It All Right!
I have been a shopper with Quince for some time now but today I had to contact their customer service for the first time. One of the items I received was not correct. I used their chat and the issue was resolved in about 5 minutes! Immediately when the chatbot learned what my issue was they connected me with a live person, Jamie. The customer service agent, Jamie, was personable and very helpful. No headache and no hassle. Quince has quality products, but even better, they have excellent customer service and they stand behind their products. I will be a Quince shopper for life!

I have only purchased their wool sweaters which I love! One thing is that I did buy two sweaters for my man in size large, one came way larger than the other so I’m not sure which is the real large. I would have been able to return had they had international shipping at the time, but by the time I had given my man his sweaters we were far from the USA and weren’t planning to return to the USA. I am happy to know they have international shipping now in case I need to return in the future!

Great products for a great price. The linen pants are part of my new work wardrobe for the summer! The customer service is amazing once you learn to chat via text rather than voice. I will definitely continue to order their products and recommend them to family and friends!

Received a discount coupon in the mail after placing an order. Contacted customer service and they applied the discount to the order I had placed. Excellent customer service.

Their products are well made but , they are made in China. If that bothers you as it did me , reconsider your decisions with this company. My own fault because it is mentioned in product description. I uninstalled the app after clearing my information.

It was relatively easy to find a phone number and not convoluted route to a human!
