I cannot express enough how genuinely impressed I am with Quince and their absolutely exceptional customer service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently purchased their European Linen Fitted Sheet Set and immediately fell in love with the beautiful fabric, incredible softness, and overall comfort. Unfortunately, after just one wash, a hole unexpectedly formed while I was putting the fitted sheet back onto my mattress. Naturally, I was disappointed and concerned about the durability of something I had otherwise loved so much.

However, what happened next completely exceeded my expectations!

I reached out to Quince Customer Care and had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Jo, who was nothing short of WONDERFUL! Jo was incredibly kind, understanding, professional, and efficient. After reviewing the photographs I provided, Jo immediately processed a replacement without hesitation and even informed me that I wouldn’t need to return the damaged item!

The entire experience was remarkably smooth, reassuring, and genuinely pleasant. There was no unnecessary back-and-forth, no complicated process, and no feeling that my concerns were being dismissed. Instead, I felt heard, respected, and truly valued as a customer.

I sincerely hope Jo receives the recognition they deserve for providing such outstanding service. Their kindness and professionalism transformed what could have been a disappointing experience into one of the most positive customer service interactions I’ve ever had!

While I still hope the replacement sheet proves more durable, Quince’s willingness to stand behind its products has genuinely restored my confidence in the company.

This experience has absolutely earned my continued loyalty, and I look forward to purchasing many more beautiful pieces from Quince in the future!

I followed the information available on the Quince website to file a order not received. The Quince Agent quickly began a search and found the producr was lost in delivery and provided a replacement as the items were a birthday gift. I am hopeful the product will arrive as soon as possible and as close to the birthday date as can be managed. Excellent and thoughtful service.

Quince product line is really excellent and their customer service is top tier.

The customer service at Quince is incredible. The products are high quality and affordable. The cashmere is so soft, the selection of sizes is excellent - especially for petite people - and I can't say enough good things about the company.

I had been a loyal Quince customer fir over 6 years, loving the pieces I purchased. I had a special kind of return and the agent ( from Canada ) was beyond any expectations: helpful, polite, knowledgeable and friendly.. way to go Quince Canada !

Longtime Loyal Customer Extremely Disappointed

I have been a loyal Quince customer for years and have purchased numerous items from the company. Until recently, I genuinely loved their products and frequently recommended them to others. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have completely changed my opinion of the company.

I have now experienced shipping issues with three separate orders handled by their delivery partner, Jitsu. Packages have been delayed, tracking information has stopped updating, and obtaining any meaningful answers has been incredibly frustrating.

Despite repeatedly contacting Quince customer service, I have received little more than apologies, requests to continue waiting, and assurances that my concerns have been escalated. There has been no meaningful resolution, and Quince has stated that they cannot use an alternative shipping carrier, even after multiple delivery failures.

While I understand that shipping companies are separate businesses, Quince ultimately chooses its delivery partners and is responsible for ensuring customers receive the products they purchase. At some point, repeated delivery failures and a lack of meaningful solutions become a reflection of the retailer itself.

What makes this especially disappointing is that I recently moved into a new home and had planned to purchase bedding, curtains, and additional home furnishings from Quince. After this experience, I will not be pursuing those purchases and unsure if whether I will continue shopping with the company at all.

Customer loyalty should mean something. I am not expecting perfection, but I do expect accountability, proactive communication, and genuine efforts to resolve recurring problems.

It’s unfortunate that a company whose products I once loved has allowed its shipping practices and lack of effective customer support to overshadow the quality of those products.

I sincerely hope Quince reevaluates its shipping partnerships and how it handles concerns from longtime customers. Until then, I cannot confidently recommend ordering from them.

Excellent product, easy to order, quick delivery. Had trouble figuring out my order number so called customer support and spoke to a human, who stuck with the issue until it was solved. Totally trust Quince.

When a shipment did not arrive, the issue was easily resolved by helpful customer service.

I received the wrong item and called Quince and talk to Brielle and she got it all straightened out within 5 minutes!! My new item is on the way and I’m returning the wrong item!!

I purchased several items from Quince, 2 pair of jeans, 3 tops and a pair of lined Linen pants.......ALL are great quality and comfortable to wear. Quince provides superior Customer Service.

Customer service is responsive and helpful in resolving any issues. Much much better than other furniture compaines that I have dealt with recently. Also love the quality of the curtains and furniture. I highly recommend Quince.

The merchandise quality is outstanding. The customer service is outstanding and probably the best experience I've had.

Just the fact that they have a phone number if I have issues, and the fact that they have manpower there to answer my questions when I have a problem with my orders. I will not deal with emails only, never again; it makes no sense if I can not deal with a Human Being. Also, I find that the products I have been ordering are of great quality. And the sizing is pretty much correct

Really great company. They use Veho right now for delivery in my region which isn’t fun because the veho delivery people don’t care about your packages and they either steal them or leave them odd places at odd times to get stolen BUT Quince frequently resolves these issues and their products ship quickly and are amazing quality. Sizing is also accurate.
