Customer care appears to be very high priority.

I’ve been very impressed with all the products I’ve purchased from Quince thus far. Today was the first day I had to contact customer service. My issue was completely resolved in my favour, in probably under two minutes.

Just one more reason to support this company.

Easy orders & returns

Almost everything I've ordered has been perfect. The one time I ordered a size that didn't work for me, the return was easy and fast, and the size I exchanged for fit me well.

I love quince

I love quince. Great clothes & no issues with returns. The returns do take a little bit, but no longer then expected. This has become one of my favorite companies!

Was able to reach out about an issue…

Was able to reach out about an issue with the order and the customer service was accessible on the weekend at night which I wasn’t expecting. They handled it very quickly and the overall process was so easy. I absolutely love Quince’s products. Definitely a long time customer.

The Incorrect Ad info, Subpar Quality, and Customer Support ARE ALL Beyond BAD.

This time I ordered (3) tank tops and the main ad said 100% organic cotton. They are not 100% cotton but one had to go into the material & care to find this out. I setup a return for these very spandex tops requesting a credit to my original payment method. Then Quince sent me an email, after their mistake, that said: "You chose a refund to your original form of payment. Your refund will be processed once your return is received and restocked at our warehouse. THIS CAN TAKE AROUND 2-3 WEEKS.
We will send you a notification email once complete, and THE REFUND WILL APPEAR ON YOUR ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT 5-7 DAYS LATER, depending on your bank"
So 2-3 weeks I wait for them to restock the item that I am returning due to their error?? Unacceptable. Another unacceptable move by Quince is the fact that they have no sizing chart but rather they state, "the model is wearing a green size S and she is 5'9" and the other model is wearing black in a size S and she is 5'10"" AND that is all they say for sizing! There is no rhyme or reason for the sizing of any of their clothing. It is usually 3 sizes too large or once in while very short or a bit too small. The quality of the design and stitching of the clothes has recently taken a major, major nosedive. Most of my recent orders were a flawed design using the poorest quality of stitching, producing a subpar garment. And after all that, they give you a major attitude when you want to return something! I had high hopes for Quince but I'm over it now.
