Love, love, love the OGL brand! I think ive already purchased half of their product line with todays delivery of the white midi skirt,
white open back brami dress, navy shoulder adjustable midi brami dress and a light blue brami tank top! The Brami tops and dresses are perfect for summer, wether on vacation or at the office with their built in bra! These dresses can be dressed up or down depending on the occassion. I consistently received complemets on every dress I have worn and directed several colleagues to the Oglmove web site to make purchases of their own. The quality fabric, style and comfort of each piece is unmatched as is their exceptional team of customer service representatives! I highly recommend OGL.

I purchased 2 dresses from OGL Move and they just were not for me. I contacted customer service, and to my surprise, they refunded the entire order and waived shipping. The customer service was incredibly fast and thoughtful. I will buy again from this company!

Their return policy is different, given that it would be very expensive to ship items back for refund-- instead they offer an exchange for a small fee, and you can keep or dispose of the original item. I liked some of their items a lot, some not so much. The dress I purchased ran small (was tight in the sleeves); the blouse I ordered in the same size fit really well.

I have purchased from OGL before and love the quality of the clothes and the fact it is a B corp. Though the shipping can take a little bit longer than some companies, it is well worth the wait. I have had a fantastic experience with customer service. My last purchase came with one item that did not suit me. Company is in Hong Kong and returns are difficult or impossible
I am very surprised by all these reviews relaying a positive customer service experience. I had ordered two tops. I loved one top, but the other was just not flattering on me. When I tried to return the top, I found out the company is in Hong Kong and doesn’t want to accept returns. They offered me a $25 gift card on a future purchase, but I would be risking purchasing another item that doesn’t work. The clothing was very nice, but ordering clothes I can’t return is too risky.

I bought 2 bra-in tops. One fit great and one had to be returned due to a fit issue. I was able to connect with a lovely lady at customer service, Bonnie who expedited my refund for the returned item. I love their clothing and the black racerback tank I got. I do not believe positive reviews
I believe all these positive reviews are NOT from verified buyers. The clothing is so poor quality -- fabric is thin, itchy. Stitching is off. Claim there is cotton but no cotton in one of the shirts. Took three weeks to deliver. On other sites, reviewers say the return process is atrocious. One has to return to China. Sustainable practices should be centered around using natural fibers not synthetic. I waste my money and will just throw out the three items I bought because they are so poorly made.
The promised refund is odd. I purchased three items and they are only refunding for two. It is reported that I received a discount for two of the items, which I did not. Also, I paid for worry-free shipping protection -- it took three weeks to receive the items and they are not refunding that.
The customer service agent has been very pleasant and did promise a full refund for all three items. I will be happy to amend my review once I receive my refund.

I’ve ordered from OGL 3 separate times and I’ve been happy each time with my experience. One of the shirts didn’t fit me, and they were very responsive when I inquired about the process. I could pay return shipping for a refund, or I could have an item shipped to me for an exchange. I chose the latter and it was nice talking to a real person to get it sorted out.
