First of all the shipping took a long time more than they had disclosed on the website. I ordered a dress that was two pieces and both pieces arrived separately, which was annoying. The material was really cheap and so I decided to return it and it takes forever for them to agree to the return which they finally did and they don’t return your money unless you provide a tracking number and if you don’t get the number to them, they won’t return your money even though it was sent and they have the package returned. Complete hassle would not recommend.

I discovered The OGL brand on Instagram. Often, I take what I see on social media with a grain of salt, but the clothing looks so lovely and the built in bras sold me! I had to give it a try. New customer here and I can’t say enough good about my experience with OGL customer service! I had ordered a couple dresses in two sizes to ensure fit and after finding one that I loved, I wanted to return the others. Customer service was prompt, offered me a couple options for exchanging or returning the items and assisted in picking out more items after I decided to exchange. I only had to cover the cost of shipping and was told to keep the items I had initially ordered that were no longer needed. Absolute fabulous customer service! The Support Team is exceptional
The Support Team is exceptional. During my first order (which was a fairly large order), OGL offered to send a portion of the order through Express Shipping so I can try the fit and quality of the items before committing to the rest. I received the first package and the team reached out to see how I felt about the fit. I informed them a few pieces were too large. After confirming or requesting a size change for the rest of the order, they kindly and quickly accommodated the exchange, then sent out the second package.
Once I received my full order, I had a few pieces from the first package that didnt fit right. When I submitted a Exchange ticket, OGL offered to let me keep the items and sent me the correct sizes I needed (for a small shipping fee).
I cant express how much I love the style, quality, and fit of every piece I ordered. The service of the Customer Support team is beyond any expectations. It truly feels like the company cares for their quality, their commitment, and their customers.
I will definitely be a long time customer (and I hope to convert family and friends to followers of this brand, too).
