They provided the information we needed to facilitate our next steps with the vet and insurance. They answered any questions we had, and were clearly as happy as we were to receive our new pet. Our new Pomeranian pup came on time.
Dallas and Tom were great! While one was talking to us and giving us all the information we needed for the new pup, the other one was making sure that the pup was presentable.
A really nice van prepared to pamper the precious cargos that Dallas and Tom were carrying. The upmost care and transport vehicle I have seen.

Clinton and Austin delivered my furbaby (puppy) safely and a few hours earlier than expected (major plus points). They are reliable, clearly care for the pets they transport, and have their safety as a top priority. I would happily use this service, again, should the need arise. Thumbs up recommended!

We eagerly waited for Chance to arrive at his home - many miles from his puppy mates in Missouri to top puppy in upstate New York. He arrived healthy and ready to play. He arrived a couple hours before his ETA, and that was fine with us. We were updated on progress several times during the long trip. The drivers were friendly and efficient, and clearly had safe puppy delivery their top priority. Chance is filling a void in our home after the passing during the year of our senior springers (16 years old). Thanks to Premier pet transport and Clinton and Austin, that void is filled. Chance is napping at my feet as I type.

Puppies delivered on time and in perfect condition. I think it was was worth every penny.

Clinton and Austin were great. Communication was great and my puppy arrived earlier than expected. Everything really went smoothly and they were Very professional.

AJ and Buck were terrific passing our new family member on to us! Our 3 lb furry baby was clean and smelled good and was ready and raring to go! The whole transfer took about 10 minutes. We signed papers and AJ and Buck were off! We’d recommend them to anyone!

David and Ian were great! They must do this all the time because they have a Cadillac in a van they drove here. I should have asked if I could look. It was beautiful. And the guys stuck around to give me all the info. But I feel bad that I forgot to give them their tip. Oh! I know! I’ll look at their paperwork!

Skyler and Dalton M. were the transporters for my sweet puppy and I had a great experience with them! Communication was great. They let me know that she would be delivered earlier than expected in a timely manner. She was clearly well taken care of during her trip! Most importantly, they handed her to me with care along with all of her documents. Great experience, 10/10!!!
