These guys are safe, easy & I'll only be using these guys to transport our 3 large dogs!

Rachal was so wonderful to work with. Liz was the Angel who flew all day and night to get our sweet Smokey to us from Sacranento CA to Charlotte NC
Gave us regular updates and went to amazing steps to see to it that he was shown love and care. If I needed this service again I would use them again feeling our pets are their prime focus giving them excellant care door to door

They were amazing! We had a very bad situations for my son’s pups. He is deployed and I needed to get his dogs on very short notice away from an abusive situation. Rachel immediately jumped on getting these 2 little dogs safe and Bill picked them up all the way down in El Paso and drove them to Cleveland! They arrived happy and healthy. Our family couldn’t thank them enough for everything!

Door-to-Door Pet Delivery was an absolute blessing for our family. They were recommended by our vet here in Arkansas, and that gave us immediate peace of mind as we were gathering quotes to transport my aunt’s three cats from California.

They stepped in with a solution right away, arranged pickup quickly, and had the cats safely to Arkansas within just a couple of days. The daily photo updates from the driver were such a gift — we were able to show them to my aunt so she knew her little family was safe, healthy, and well cared for the entire trip.

We’re so grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and the way they treated the cats like their own.

Our cat was picked up for a direct drive to our home as the sole pet. Drive should have taken 6 1/2 to 7 hours. Should have arrived at 3:45 Driver delayed for about 5 hours one hour away from pick up with no communication regarding cause of delay. Cat delivered at 10:40 pm.
This caused a lot of stress. Supervisor told me she had an oil change and had to get gas?! We were worried cat was being taken. When she arrived she apologized but both the breeder and I were very unhappy and stressed out. Supervisor Rachel said we promised same day delivery and you got that. 13 hour trip should have been half that.

Only good thing was she was okay and finally safe and home.

Great experience and service!

Rachel is very efficient, timely and genuinely cares for the dogs. The tracking app and the many photos she sends along the way, show that she cares about the owners too.

Delivery was seamless. Even though I called last minute and weather was not ideal, my pup was delivered timely. Also provided pictures and progress along the way from Missouri to Texas.

When we can’t run a delivery of one of our pious ourselves the only other people we trust is Door to Door Pet Delivery

Communication the whole way. Very kind to my sweet cat. So thankful for them. They were able to pick up my pet quickly and headed my way across half of the United States. I would definitely recommend them!

This review is based on our personal experience and opinion.

We hired Door to Door Pet Delivery LLC and paid a premium to transport our rescue dog from Dallas to Buffalo based on private transport (solo dog) with alternating drivers, straight through travel and GPS tracking. Those expectations were not met.

Firstly, This transport was not private, as the drivers’ personal dogs were also on board. While we did not have an issue with this, it was not disclosed at the time of booking.

For the first 24 hours, despite repeatedly requesting it, GPS tracking was not provided and we were given excuse after excuse as to why they couldn’t. During that time, we had no way to know where our dog was, other than what they told us verbally. About 15 hours after they picked up our dog, the drivers finally disclosed that they were in Oklahoma. After we again asked for their GPS location, they then confessed they they “took a wrong turn” and that they were actually in Colorado. Meaning, our dog had traveled in the opposite direction, and was hours FARTHER from where they started.

A few hours before we picked her up, we realized that photos taken with iPhone include both location data and time stamps. That information directly contradicted the locations we were told they were in.

This was not a weather-related delay but a culmination of untruths. Our dog did experience diarrhea during transport and the drivers made several stops to manage it, however, this does not explain the vehicle traveling in the wrong direction immediately after pickup. As a result, our dog who came from a traumatic background, was in transit for over 48 hours. This transport was to have taken approximately 24 hours, with obvious allowances for weather or unforeseen situations to arise.

We eventually did pick up our dog in Detroit because it made the “transport” trip shorter, and our trip longer, but we just wanted her in our possession. The drivers we kind, however while our dog did arrive safely, the overall experience was extremely distressing.

When we raised these concerns to the owner Rachel, we were disappointed by the lack of accountability. She offered a $300 reduction, but when we asked for further consideration, given everything that happened, the reduction was withdrawn and she threatened us with legal action by text and email.

We paid in full to bring the matter to a close.

Did our dog make it from point A to point B? Yes. But the experience was arduous.
We will not use this company again.
