Disgusting Xbox series controller
Communication with CeX was great. I traded in my Xbox Series S, which was clean and in very good condition, for a voucher. Then I bought a refurbished Series X, which I received and it works fine. However, the controller they gave me was disgusting! dirty, greasy, and the buttons get stuck because it’s filthy inside. I wish they had let me keep my Xbox Series S controller, which was clean and as good as new. Other than that, I like the 5‑year warranty, which made me feel safe buying a used refurbished console from them.
