I read a lot before choosing Madman Gaming to build my PC. They were very patient, understanding and professional to build me the PC I wanted. Unlike others they did not try to push me to buy the most expensive hardware but good price one with good quality. I can recommend them.

My PC arrived earlier and in great condition. The packaging was well done and kept the parts safe. On to of this, the service was impeccable. They responded to my requests fast and with diligence. I highly recommend their service.

Very good communication after i ordered. We exchanged multiple emails and the guys at madman gaming answered every question and gave me also choices on components. I was constantly updated about the progress and got even a call to let me know about expected delivery date which was accurate in the end. The packaging was really well made and the pc arrived without any problems. They even includes all the boxes of the individual components. The pc runs very well, and the cable management and temps i see are very good

The team contacted me quickly and kept me informed at every step of the process.
PC configurator on the site was very easy and intuitive to use, it has indicators and recomendations to make sure your build has proper power supply and case used will be having enough space (for example my build was little bit overkilled by power supply, so interactive recomendation tool mentioned it, which is nice to know).

The package arrived safely and was very well protected. They also included clear instructions on how to properly assemble the PC and launch it for the first time (the graphics card was shipped separately for safety reasons).

I know that for most gamers and experienced users instructions and aren’t a big deal, and you usually already know what to order in terms of pc parts, but I really appreciate the level of care and attention to detail.

I’ll definitely recommend this company to anyone planning to build a PC.

Great customer service- they helped me made some customisations as it is my first PC. It came very fast and exceeded my expectations with not only performance but also with how good it looks.
