My question

After several mistakes I appreciate jay helping to get things fixed for me. But I had four appointments before a doctor showed up that was able to practice in wv...two of the appointments no one showed up....and my first shipment had no medicine in it...the second shipment and 4th visit was successful....all on all it was very unacceptable for $399. I will not be using lumi meds again.

Tim was extremely helpful and professional after I called to report that the Telehealth Dr. did not show for a scheduled appointment. He worked immediately on setting up another appointment. I felt he went above and beyond by attempting to not just contact the Dr. that missed an appointment, but attempted to contact multiple Drs and was able to get me a rescheduled appointment the same day.

Tim was fantastic! He stayed on the phone with me to make sure I completed everything properly. Thank you!

My journey with LumiMeds has been amazing. Unfortunately I cannot afford to stay on it even to maintain. Praying I will be able to maintain.

I’ve been on this medication since October and have recently hit my goal weight. I started out 187 pounds and now I weigh 140. I love Lumi. I’ve already recommended them to three of my friends, and their husbands. They have amazing Customer Service. I think their prices are fair when you’re not going through INSURANCE, which I was not. They use a trusted pharmacy. The process is very quick. I was approved within 24 hours and within a week My medication was delivered to my door. in the future, if I need to get back on this medication for weight loss, I will 100% sign Back Up for Lumi Meds. If you’re on the fence about using this website, don’t be you will not be disappointed.

I have been taking semaglutide since October of 2025. I just ordered my fourth set of 3 month supply. My price never increases. I am absolutely positive joining Lumimeds was the best decision I made.
