Customer Service

The MD’s and NP’s are readily available. The shipments arrive in a timely manner. Patient advocates are knowledgeable and can reroute the call if necessary.

Crystal was absolutely great

Crystal was absolutely great! She is extremely knowledgeable about the program and just made me feel at ease. I really enjoyed working with her and in all honestly I was looking at other Telehealth company because my first experience wasn’t good but after speaking with Crystal I have my cofidence back and I trust LifeRX whole heartedly!! I have also reached out to out to my colleagues and family to reach out and invest in LifeRX. Thank you soooo much Crystal you truly are a Gem 💎

The whole process from start to…

The whole process from start to medicine at my door was pretty seamless. Its only been two weeks so haven't been through the reorder process but as long as it's as great as the initial process i will be extremely happy.
