I'm just want a refund on a product that I can't use and did't work that's it.

Sunday Lawn was terrible I spent all this money for almost a year with no change to my lawn. I have unused, unopened product that I need to return for a refund and they tell me that they don't accept unused product what kind horse manure is this they just terrible I don't recommend them at all for my lawn it did not work in fact it made worse.

The ease of navigating the website along with the expert and detailed instructions and instructions on what is required for my specific yard at my house has been of the greatest service. The Sunday products have proven to be the exact solution for making our yard the best looking one in the neighborhood.

I really wanted Sunday to work, but unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.

I followed Sunday’s lawn program and ended up with a lawn that was in worse condition, including significantly more weeds. When I contacted Sunday, I cooperated fully with their Yard Advising team, answered their questions, explained my watering and seeding routine, and provided the photos they requested.

After reviewing everything, I was offered a choice between additional grass seed or a refund in place of additional product. I chose the refund. At this point, after seeing the results in my yard, I simply don’t have confidence in applying more Sunday products.

What bothers me most is how the situation has been handled since then. Sunday advertises its program as a low-risk purchase and promotes a guarantee saying that if customers don’t get the results they’re looking for, they’ll “find a way to help.” Yet after choosing the refund option I was offered, I have been unable to get this resolved, and my latest email has gone unanswered.

I’m not expecting a company to guarantee a perfect lawn. I do expect a company to stand behind its products and the resolution its own representative offered.

I gave Sunday the opportunity to resolve this directly before posting this review. Unfortunately, I’m still waiting.

If Sunday ultimately honors the refund and resolves this appropriately, I’ll gladly update this review to reflect that.

The highlight is Sunny AI - I find it very helpful in providing tips/tricks. I find the fertilizers work well - they are more even than what I've gotten with retail granules.

I found the weed and dog treatment liquids over- marketed and poorly conceived. They are marketed as preventative yet I was only given enough for spot treatment. I have a large yard, and to pull out 100+ft of hose to hit a small area makes no sense.

Also, because of severe drought it really didn't make much sense to do much, so now I have a bunch of unused product.

Paid for what I thought was everything I needed for the season then got charged more after the fact for the final product. Beware that this is not a all in one price when you sign up . You will be charged for everything they send you. Haven't really noticed a difference this year. I will give it one more season before going back to what I usually do.

"I appreciate how easy these products are to use, and my lawn does look better overall. However, weed control is my main goal, and I still have quite a few. I'm counting on the pre- and post-emergents to help with this. On a negative note, the packaging for the Weed Warrior failed—the pouch collapsed overnight while sitting upright, causing a gallon of fluid to spill everywhere.Looking at the price, it feels steep even with an introductory discount. My soil test indicated that my yard only needed sulfur, so applying this many products feels like overkill. I suspect I could save money by sourcing targeted treatments independently. I will remain patient and give the system a bit more time to work, but I am really looking for a significant reduction in weeds moving forward."

The products seem to work well, but they aren't as tailored to my yard/region as I would like. I'm also not receiving the full amount of product to support the size of my yard (fertilizer covers 4,000 feet and my yard is 5,000 feet - for example).

I love the convenience of Sunday. Having everything on site with an application plan is great. I'm still dealing with some weed issues. When I conquer that, this will be a 5 star review.

The lawn at the new house is developing well and I hope to see significant improvement next spring

Working with Sunny has been great! They have given me great advice on my lawn. Definitely will keep using.

I'm less than pleased. The AI is not all that helpful. Few tips learned but ultimately I've had to go and purchase plenty of additional items from the local Lowe's to substantiate what didn't work from Sunday products. The AI essentailly gave up on my dry/dead spots and said wait until fall to retry and better luck next year. It just isn't worth the time wait for products to ship and arrive, I can make a run to the local store same day for the same things. Sunday hasn't really been more successful than me on my own, so it's not worth the cost.

Sunny is also very long winded, writea dnr ewrites the same things over and over and has a 2-3 page long response to every single one of my responses. It's too hard to weed through all the things it says when you are trying to focus on one thing.

I was recommended by a friend to give this a try. I had been using a local store and buying my lawn care stuff there. I was impressed when I ordered how helpful all the instructions were and how they used my soil sample to access my grass. I have used the AI app alot to ask questions as we have had a real drought in Wisconsin but the grass stayed pretty good even at this hard time. Now that the rain returned my grass is flourishing and is growing with lots of depth and density. It is the best grass I have had in years. This program costs a little more than buying from my local store but it has been worth the investment and I like how healthy the product is without toxic chemicals. I would highly recommend this program of Sunday!

Y'all are super helpful and I love consulting AI Assistant Sunny. Your website is full of good information, and the products do what's promised. My problem was my expectations, which were unrealistic. Keeping a lawn in Arizona is just brutal, meaning Sunday's program all by itself can't possibly be enough. Soil amendments turn out to be a HUGE deal here--one I'm still dealing with. The Sunday products are really nothing more than an adjunct to buying my own soil amendments and dropping tons of money into watering. ONLY THEN do the products factor in.

I like communications and reminders.
Unfortunately, my lawn does not look better, after two years.
I have hired a professional instead. I will cancel my Sunday plan for next year.

Fertilizer that is tailored for my region and arrives on time at a very reasonable price. Great articles and instructions on when and how to apply.

1) I’ve been using the recommended products for two years now. It seems that I tend to run out of the products before I’ve covered the entire lawn.
2) The front lawn is “green”, but is only about 50% grass. The other 50% is “green stuff” that I can’t identify.
3) I’ve tried to use Sunday’s AI advisor, but that wasn’t very successful in trying to figure out how to turn the “non-grass green stuff” into actual grass.
4) I’ve resorted to an attempt to overseed the lawn with some big bags of grass seed I bought from Tractor Supply. We’ll see how that works out.

My lawn has looked its best ever since using Sunday lawn care. To be honest, I didn't give it much attention and didn't know where to start. But that's why Sunday is so convenient and easy to use and the results have been significant.

Started using Sunday as I wasn't thrilled with my lawn care company. The app is great. It tells you what to use, when and how to use it and can answer pretty much any questions you have. Applications are easy to apply. I have noticed some more weeds than normal, but their weed killer is great. There's also some brown spots in the front yard, however this has been a rough summer here. We had months of water restrictions from a record setting drought and numerous days with a heat index around 110. Overall I'm very satisfied and this was a hard year for any lawn care product here.

Super easy to use, love the new app to track. Feels like a nice set it and forget it strategy and the boxes come straight to my door at the right time throughout the year and I just spray it on.

Everything works well but the product is time consuming to keep weeds down and they don’t do a great job at that.
