Jessica was super helpful and patient when I was asking which insert to get for my dress!

BEWARE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!! They sent me the ultra boost inserts that were unsanitary and dirty. There was a gooey black thing on the boomba when I opened it. They also neglected to send me the cleaning kit. They failed to provide a replacement or refund. It won't let me upload photos on here.

BEWARE! I never even tried them on but because I broke the seal to open the box they ARE NOT returnable. They are very thick, I immediately knew my dress wouldn’t zipper with them on and closed the box. After communication with Boomba they will not take them back. How would I know what they looked like if I didn’t open the box? Poor policy, don’t get sucked in!

I received the stick on inserts and knew they weren't right for my wedding dress so within an hour of receiving went to process a refund. So obviously I wouldn't have worn it yet.

Turns out, the plain circle sticker on the OUTSIDE packaging was the "security seal" and it can't now be returned for a refund. It looked like just a way to get into the box. This is misleading and other retailers will give fair warnings this will void the refund such as "can't be returned if removed".

Apparently it's in their returns policy, but no one is going to think that plain sticker is the "safety seal" because it's just a way to view your item.

I purchased the Ulta Boosts (in an F following their sizing chart for my 38 D Cups) to use in my wedding dress in June.

I have just tried them on at my dress fitting and, not only is the F Cup too large and makes my chest stick out too far, but most importantly, they do not stick to my skin or dress and just unstick on both sides in seconds.

The product is completely faulty and unusable for my Wedding next week.

The company adapted their return policy in May to state that once products are opened, they cannot be returned, yet it would be impossible to discover if a product is faulty without doing so - this is illegal.

I alerted them to my faulty product, but despite the quick response, they ignored my concerns and didn't acknowledge the situation, just stating the return policy as the reason for denial of return and offering a 50% discount on my next order.

This has left me no choice but to request a chargeback via my bank. If a product is faulty/unfit for purpose according to the Consumer Act, you have 6 months to be provided with a resolution, and if the company doesn't provide a satisfactory response or resolve the matter, you should be able to get the refund via your bank.

For the price of this product that cannot be easily refunded or exchanged, cannot be tried on in person and is only shown by influencers online, compared to other luxury intimate brands like Skims, their return fee is highly unfair. Customers should be awarded a refund policy for their first time using their product - they don’t. I was already dissatisfied that the product shipped so late, but to have the product unreturnable, even when I don’t even need the product or only opened it to see the size is unreasonable.

This company is a joke, or possibly a scam. The product does not work for larger breasts, and their customer service does not stand behind their product in the least. No return policy of any kind. Complete waste of money – do not buy. Do not support this company and their bad business practices or lack of understanding of diverse bodies. You are better off with a cheap Amazon knock-off with better adhesive and the ability to return the product if faulty.

None of their products fit, too large or too small. I wanted to try it when they sent me something that was my size per their size chart but came too small, so I elected to exchange for the next size up…big mistake. It was two sizes too big. They’re refusing to accept the return on this exchange product which doesn’t fit. Ridiculous customer service, it takes over two weeks to get returns approved. I would not recommend this to anyone.its overpriced and is no different than any other sticky bra out there with twice the price tag.

I ordered some bras based on their size chart, so I was confident I had chosen the correct size. Unfortunately, after opening one of the boxes, I realised the bra was too big.

Their return policy is incredibly frustrating. The box is sealed with a sticker, and the moment you open it, the item becomes non-returnable. The problem is that there's no way to see the product without opening the box in the first place. Customers are being penalised because of the company's poor packaging design.

A much better solution would be to package the bras in a clear, sealed hygienic bag inside the box. That way, customers could see the product without compromising hygiene, and the item would remain unworn and fully protected unless the inner seal was broken.

I never wore the bra, tried it on, or removed the hygiene seal. I simply opened the outer box to see the product. Despite that, they refused my return and only offered store credit. To make matters worse, they don't even cover the cost of returning the package, meaning you have to pay out of pocket for their restrictive return policy.

Overall, this has been a disappointing experience. I wouldn't order from this brand again. If you're considering buying a similar product, I'd recommend looking at cheaper alternatives on Amazon instead. At least if the sizing isn't right, you haven't spent as much money.

BOOMBA boob tapes really came through for me when I was panicking about what I'd use for my boobs on my open back dress for a wedding. Tried several others that all failed (won't hold, hard to peel off) before giving the BOOMBA tape a last min try. 16+ hours and stuck through the sweat and dancing then peeled off super easy, did not even need to use oil or anything. I'd 100% recommend! PS: I'm a 38DD

I bought a bra and went with their sizing guide! The bra came and was far too small! I contacted them for an exchange and they expect customers to pay for the postage to exchange when I have used their sizing guide which is totally off. Before contacting them I followed refund instructions online which advised to cut the bra in half and send a picture to prove this for a refund. Due to this being absolutely ridiculous and such a waste I emailed them, they told me to ignore their returns portal and to pay to send it back. I do wonder if I had followed these instructions would they have refused to refund. Not a good company

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Sent me a product that DOES NOT stick and refuse to cooperate. They asked for videos of the item not adhereing to hand and I sent it. 1 minute and completely fallen off. After threatening to post screenshots of their appalling communication which also included them providing a “complimentary” different and cheaper item in the condition that I sent them photos of the faulty product cut into 4 pieces. I gave them 2 hours after a few days of communication. I received a reply saying they will refund the bra minus usd$25.im in Australia and that equates to aud$36…thats deducting 46% of what i paid for the item!!! Again, condition was I first send them photos of the bra torn up.
So im posting so you dont get scammed too!

I never received my package, and when I reached out for help, I was told to contact the shipping company and file a complaint with them directly. I purchased this product from Boomba, not from the shipping company, so I believe Boomba is responsible for resolving this issue.

I'd prefer a refund rather than a replacement, since a replacement could run into the same shipping issue and wouldn't reach me in time. Please let me know how you'd like to proceed.
