AVOID !
I placed my order on the 11 July 2026, it is now the 23 July 2026 and nothing has been delivered. I asked for a refund and they are ignoring me.
They are shipping from China. Doesn't say that when you order, that it is now 13 days since my order.

The products are absolutely fine though the strapless bras are very basic in design, yet are the same price as the bras with straps and fastenings. The worst aspect was how slow the dispatch and delivery times are. Snails move quicker

Really like the jelly bras - saw them on instagram so wasn’t totally sure if they were a bit of a fad - but actually these are super comfy and supportive while not having any underwires. Even with a large bust these feel very supportive.
My only gripes are:

Shipping took a while, I almost forgot I’d ordered it as it was maybe a couple of weeks. This was the same when I ordered a second one.
The removable cups inside the bra are a nuisance - I like to leave them in but whenever you wash the bra they get completely messed up and they’re not that easy to get back to the correct place as they’re a specific shape. Would be keen to know if they all have this or if there are some styles that don’t.

Love these bras. Im a 40 E and the support is great. Very comfortable and wash well. Ive just ordered more and telling all my friends about them!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and customer service was very helpful to remedy my mistake and get me the right size. It was so comfortable, I ordered 2 more and gave my sister the link to order as well.

The bra was just as expected and Feels comfortable to wear.

Seeing jelly bras and hesitated to buy, but said, have faith and just bought one to try out. Just amazing, so comfy and straps stay in place, along with everything else. Have placed another order for different colours, delighted, well done. One very happy set of boobs 😋

Really enjoyed wearing this bra as by far the most comfortable however delivery took a bit longer than I anticipated. Despite this I have ordered 2 more and recommended to my friends & family. I washed it on a gentle/silk cycle and it was fine too as it’s recommended hand wash.

Love the feel and how the bras look but I don't think the cup sizes fit all they say as I feel I'm coming out the top of mine.

No problems with order,just what I wanted.

I placed my order on 9 July 2026 and, despite paying in full, I still have not received it. The tracking has been inconsistent have 2 different websites with tracking, and I’ve been left with no clear idea where my parcel actually is. One is saying they are awaiting my parcel and the other says it’s in transit from China…

What’s even more disappointing is the customer service. I’ve emailed and contacted them through their website, but either receive no response at all or replies that feel like generic AI-generated templates rather than genuine help. There has been no effort to properly investigate or resolve my issue. Nothing regarding any compensation either.

I still want my order, but the lack of communication and support has been incredibly frustrating. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend ordering from Madam Muse. I hope they improve their customer service and start treating paying customers with the respect they deserve.

BEWARE! BRAS ARE NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE AND REFUNDS ARE IMPOSSIBLE. GO THROUGH YOUR CREDIT CARD OR BANK TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER GET IT BACK THROUGH THEM EVEN KNOW THAT THEY ADVERTISE FULL REFUND!

The first one I ordered was too big. I wrote and received a prompt response. I ordered another one in a smaller size. It arrived a few days ago. I really like it. I am considering ordering another one.

I was skeptical at first. But the item was as I had hoped, comfortable and supportive without underwire. And it has held up so far after a few washes.

To add to my review of the product being incorrectly described and therefore useless, I will add that the returns process is also poor. I had to pay to return, although the fault was due to their poor product description then, when I had heard nothing after 10 days I contacted them with proof that the items had been returned. Miraculously, I had my refund within a couple of days.

Avoid this company.
I am trying unsuccessfully to return the bra & get a refund, the customer service doesn’t respond. The bra is extremely poor quality, the pad in one of the cups is not sitting flat, the bra gives zero support. Please don’t get caught out like I have, do not engage with this company.

Took longer than expected with shipping. But I like the material the bras are made from. I just wish the bra pads were sewn in. I hate having to either take them out or rearrange them and unfold them after washing and drying. Very comfortable, very flattering.
