I love my Conturve bras bthey are really comfortable, and the extensions that come as standard are brilliant. Very good value for money too. I recently bought 2 camis; unfortunately one of them didn't fit, despite being my size (according to the size guide on the website). Not sure what happened there, but I decided to return it, but they didn't want it back! Instead I got a credit for the cost of the item, plus a few extra pounds! Definitely recommend.

I've watched so many adverts about these Bra, so i thought i would try one it came pretty fast, the first one that came was the wrong size so I got in touch with customer service and they replaced the right size. It fitted me very well no more sore armpits. So now I've bought 3 more. Thank you for helping me finding a perfect bra.

False advertising for the sticky triangle nipple covers. It specifically says the nipple area is adhesive-free but that is a lie. It has adhesive and that was the only reason I ordered them. Worse even, I cannot seem to be able to return them although I have not worn them at all and this was not clear at the time of the purchase. This website feels like scam to me.

Love conturve products, i have just bought there new leggings.
Also purchase support pants, tights, and vest tops in the past and will be trying there bras next. I love to shop in there sales because they are really good prices for me. Very good fit and comfortable to wear, my new leggings are great, and they dont roll over at the top. Will buy again.

I bought two pairs of leggings & i love them they fit perfectly and the delivery was very quick, I will definitely be getting more.

I made a mistake with my order so emailed company, I got a response within 30 minutes and the matter was resolved very quickly and refunded immediately.
I have bought from this company before and find their products excellent quality

Fantastic bra - my daughter and i are full converts to Conturve. The fit, shape and comfort of the bras are second to none.

Wow! The customer service is amazing!! They literally could not be more helpful! I ordered the wrong size and when I asked about an exchange, it was sorted very quickly and efficiently! Although the bras I ordered were not a great fit, I could tell they were very comfortable and I'm looking forward to getting my new bras!! I think I will be back to order more! Thanks again for your great customer service!

Conturve have replied below asking for me to send them my order number so they can look into it for me. For anyone reading this review, we had already contacted their customer service about the matter and our review was left after their response as it was not a great response. Don't fall for the fact they have replied asking to try and help. They should have helped better when we originally contacted them, to give them an opportunity to put things right, not reply to a bad review to try and make themselves look better to anyone else reading. Too little too late. Would still advise to avoid avoid avoid.

Mother and daughter placing an order after seeingads on social media, because we are both fed up with uncomfortable bras. We purposely contacted Conturve customer care team for advice on size and style for our needs, to avoid ordering incorrectly, and because we didn't want to end up paying shipping and returns and end up with nothing to show for it.

We ordered both size and style that we were advised, and were very disappointed and fed up that none of the bra fitted properly.

The returns process is awful and completely diabolical. Conturve makes things so difficult to try and return the bra, I believe it is to try and stop people returning items. They make several attempts to try and get you to exchange or accept a partial refund (saying you won't have to return the items). You have to do returns for each item separately, which makes it an even longer and harder process.

After all this we were eventually told that they would refund the total amount, minus the original shipping and a returns admin fee, and that we didn't need to return any of the bra. How wasteful.

We now have three bra that they don't want returned and are absolutely no good to us as none of them fit. Now out of pocket for shipping and returns because we trusted that Conturve would advise correctly about correct size and style. Really not impressed and would advise others to avoid this company.

Easy to order. I'm a 32GG so ordered 2 bras in XL.
They arrived, looked nice, felt nice. Tried on but big gaps at sides of cups, so of no use to me.
Tried to return, they try like mad to get you to exchange. Eventually, managed to get refund on both bras by doing 2 different transactions. Emailed and asked where to send them back to. They said I could keep & donate?
I will donate as no use to me, but what a waste and loss to the company. Says it's a Manchester based company, but checked and they are manufactured in China...

I have 3 bras in small and am very pleased with how comfortable they are and the shape when dressed. However, as I have a very narrow back I need to use the tightest fastening position, which means that if and when the bras start to stretch and give from wearing and washing I haven't got any way of tightening them and this concerns me.

I really like Conturve underwear and I saw these bras that didn’t have underwires. They make really comfortable underwear so I ordered some to try but unfortunately they were the wrong size and I can’t manage 4 hook and eyes. I contacted customer service and got a prompt reply and then a really quick refund. I was pleasantly surprised at the fantastic customer service. I can highly recommend this company.

Very pleased with my new bras. I needed to change the size and the process was straight forward. Customer service was excellent.

I should have known that one size would not fit several standard bra sizes but decided to try them as underwires are not comfortable. The promise of swift returns process also persuaded me to go ahead. There is nothing swift about the returns process as I now realise having read other reviews it's a battle to even process a refund let alone receive it. Automated email. Not good enough I've actioned a refund via PayPal
