I ordered a sticky bra from them on May 23rd and it was supposed to arrive on June 2. Everything in the delivery process was going smoothly until it was time for usps to deliver the item to my door. Then I saw the tracking site for usps update saying that they couldn’t deliver due to insufficient address and immediately started the process to return to sender. I called the post office to see what the issue was and found out that there was an error with the unit # to my apartment. I went to check the order form I filled out and my address was correct on there but not on the package when it was shipped. It was delivered back to their warehouse about 6 days later and the warehouse lost the package! Something is definitely up with their warehouse because it also took them 4 days to drop it off at the post office once the shipping label was created.

I got maybe one good wear out of them. As soon as you start to sweat they move around and fall off. Since they’re not attached it’s really hard to make them “even”. It looked like I had lopsided boobs. I had a better experience with the $20 sticky bras off amazon

The product is cheap and low quality, so I requested a refund. I was informed that returning the product will cost me what I paid for the two bras, and if I didn't accept that they would negotiate a partial refund.

Bonbombs is a criminally minded business with contempt for American consumers.
It has no intention of issuing refunds under any circumstances, and they have no fear of legal consequences. The moral of the story is: buy American and boycott foreign retailers. Secondly, file complaints with your state Attorney General's office and the Federal Trade Commision. The FTC has subsidiaries, including the econsumer.govComplaintAssistant. The crooks can be sanctioned if enough people build a case against them.
This abuse will continue until buyers put companies like this out of business.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The bras stick but don’t lift. The tape barely sticks and even the reusable tape cannot be reused. When you complain about false claims in advertising they repeat their returns process over and over (basically no returns or refunds) worth noting there are no negative reviews on their insta. Obviously getting them all removed.
Avoid like the plague, keep your money. NOT WORTH IT

Your products are hard to reuse and no more sticky function after using once ! No information about tutorial of how to keep it and reuse

What a nightmare. Ordered a comfy which took over 1 month to arrive. Turns out, it was shipped from China. The bra was supposed to be lightly lined. It was very much padded. Began the return process and it took over a week to be approved for a return. Finally got the return label and had to take it to Fed Ex drop off location. Got confirmation it was delivered to Indianapolis 1 week later. Here we are 1 month later and Boomba claims they never got my return. OutrightThieves. Additionally, once you make a purchase, they automatically make you an ambassador. Beware.

THIS IS A SCAM, NEVER SENT. Complete scam order this 11 days ago and the Australia post number is fake. They never sent them and never replied to emails.

I ordered 2x stick on bra products for an upcoming wedding. Unfortunately the beige colour is so dark compared to my skin that it shows through my dress!
I tried to return the items but found their returns procedure so dodgy. After requesting a return for my unused, unopened items, they told me to send photos of all of the items (including the free gift) cut up into 4 pieces per item. I think this is a terrible waste in this current climate. Also, if I were to cut the items up, they did not explain how to get the photos to them (the emails were no reply), and I have no faith that they would honour the £90 refund I am owed.

Awful product an awful service. Asked for a refund and all I got offered was discount codes over and over again. Do NOT buy this product. So not worth the money from a G cup girlie. They don’t hold up they are not sticky and are definitely not good for a night out. Don’t fall for the scammy product. Found better products on Amazon 😅

Deceitful IG ads! They show so many women with no noticeable cups utilizing this bra. It only works if you have cups. I tried to return it and they told me I should have read the description where they mention it works best in formed cups… so why show those ads? I ordered two pairs, the triangle ones made my boobs look weird and puffy. It was not flattering. I returned those first thinking I could find a use for the Demi but ultimately decided it wasn’t worth it… they wouldn’t accept the Demi return stating all items have to be returned at once which is bizarre and something I have never had a company tell me. Very inconvenient if you’re indecisive. I left a one star review on their site and despite saying it went through it does not show which makes me believe they also filter reviews. Amazon has a few cheaper options with just as much stick and the ability to work with out cups (and easy returns there)

This bra does NOTHING but cover nips. I am a 34b and purchased for bachelorette and wedding dress. I followed instructions to a “t” and spent a good bit of time trying several positionings. It’s extremely expensive and it’s a waste of money. On top of that, the company knows it so they don’t leave any way to actually leave a review, request a return or exchange, etc once you’ve purchased. It’s a scam and a rip off.

Buyer beware. Boomba's return policy is wasteful and unsustainable. They ask you to cut any item you want to return into 4 pieces, take a photo and dispose of it. There is no exchange and no other option. This is unethical and creates unnecessary waste. Other bra companies allow you to try and return an item it makes no sense that Boomba do not.

I've ordered from boomba twice now. Both times I ordered the magic nipple covers (adhesive) and both times the shipping has been relatively quick (taking about a week to be delivered) and email updates were also pretty good. I've not had any experience with customer services and not needed so can't speak for that. However, the product themselves have been fab. I had a BR 2 years ago and unfortunately my scars went keloid (even some around my nips) so certain things are visible when not wearing a bra... With this, I feel that I'm not self conscious and they blend in so nicely even under right tops and so much better than rubbish stickers and the multiple other brands I've tried. They are reusable and clean nicely with just some water and your fingers. I have used my first pair multiple times now. Will continue to order from Bomba as I can't be without mine now ☺️

I worn the sticky pads on my big day and they held up. Only down side is that the bridal shop I bought them from ordered in a size too small by accident and the push up results weren’t as dramatic as I had wanted. I’ve also worn those at the pool and they surprisingly held up well too.

I used this for a birthday trip to Japan and WOW I was so impressed with the results. The products arrived in three days in Texas in time before my flight. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed...my size was definitely incorrect even though the app recommended it. Says a 30 day return policy however cannot return if item has been opened.

Garbage do not buy this product! They keep changing my delivery date, I ordered October 10th and still haven't seen it. Teaching number doesn't work and they won't refund until I send back. Do not waste your money on this.
