I recently purchased a gaming chair and an RGB storage shelf from GTPLAYER, and my experience with the company has been excellent.
The RGB shelf looks fantastic, and I'm very satisfied with its quality and design.
I did experience a minor issue with the remote control, but what impressed me most was how professionally the customer service team handled everything.
They were responsive, polite, and genuinely willing to help. They also offered a fair solution without making the process complicated.
I really appreciated their communication and how they treated me as a customer.
It's refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products and takes customer satisfaction seriously.
Overall, a great experience, and GTPLAYER has definitely earned my trust. Five stars, well deserved!

My son has had a GT Racing gaming chair for a couple of years with a slide-out foot rest. He put too much weight on the foot rest over the time he had it (he's a growing boy too) and finally cracked one of the mounts. I was able to contact customer support with pictures of the broken mount and the label with model numbers and was able to purchase a pair of replacement slide rails to repair the chair for a decent price . A lot of other manufacturers refuse to supply parts like this because they want you to buy a new chair. The parts weren't readily listed on the store to purchase, but customer support was able to quickly verify what I needed and walk me through the purchase which is probably better so I didn't accidentally order the wrong parts. About 7 to 10 days later we had the parts. my son swapped them out himself and he's very happy.

From the beginning everything went smooth. The product description was sufficient. The communication during the preorder/waiting period was good and there was never any concern about when/if the order would be fulfilled. The packaging was good and the overall assembly process was fairly easy. My 12 year old was able to assemble the chair with minimal assistance. The chair itself looks incredible and I can't find anything wrong with it other than the footrest can be difficult to reposition. Other than that, everything else is very good.

It is so much more supportive and comfier than my old chair and the sale was crazy so it was an amazing experience. I also put it together on my own pretty easily.

My experience was awful.

The CSRs are very unprofessional and have no idea how to speak to customers. When I wanted my order cancelled before it shipped, the first woman I spoke to told me I had to speak to FedEx because I had bought the chair and it was no longer her responsibility. She ended up hanging up on me because I did not agree with her. The other issue is that it is near impossible to reach a CSR as every call I made went to the answering machine and the excuse is that all representatives are busy. I call BS. The last CSR I spoke to put me on a 10+ minute hold because she said she could not find my order in the system. How convenient that when I needed a refund my order disappeared.

This was hands down the worst customer experience ever for me and I will never attempt to order anything from you. Every person I know will know about this so they don't have to go through what I went through.

Very good products and delivery process was very well done. Fast and trackable, good prices. I recommend for everyone.

i was worried about my back, i thought the gaming chair will make it worse!, i was wrong!!.. the chair and pillow helps with my back pain!. best gaming chair ever!!.. best customer service to very fast to response!!!

I fall asleep in it the first time I set it up it was so comfortable.

This chair is great quality!! Worth every penny!! This chair is now the most comfortable one in our house!! The delivery was on time and they ensured all was safe inside the box, will order again soon!!

Very reasonable price, quick delivery, and fairly easy assembly. My only complaint is the armrests are stiff and scratchy.

Getting inconsistent emails that invalidate each other. I was told I was going to have a replacement on the way I said cool thank you. The broken desk that I had we took to the dump in like 4 hours later I got an email saying that I needed to provide all this evidence that I already provided. Then I just wanted my money back because I don't really want to deal with you guys anymore after all this. I was told you can't do that which is fine I get that but you guys need to communicate with each other better
