Very disappointing experience
Edit: The so called Pause button they keep mentioning just didn't work. I also canceled before the 30 days timeline. I explained that to the support but they keep answering with their pre-made answers. Refund was not given to me.
I subscribed to the Fabletics VIP program but canceled it right away because it was not worth it for me. The website was extremely buggy throughout the process. I often had to click multiple times on the same link before a page would load, many links and buttons did not work properly, and the site was very slow.
After canceling my subscription, I received a pop up confirming the cancellation, so I believed everything had been completed. However, I was charged for the subscription the following month. When I contacted customer support to request a refund, my request was denied.
This feels very unprofessional, especially because the issue appears to have been caused by their faulty website and cancellation process. I have ordered from Fabletics for many years, but this experience has completely changed my opinion.
Based on this, I would strongly advise others to be very careful before subscribing to the VIP program or placing orders. In my experience, the customer service and support were extremely disappointing.

We are sorry that you are dissatisfied, however, we need to clarify an important misunderstanding, as our system and cancellation process are functioning perfectly.
When you cancel a VIP membership, the pop-up and the subsequent confirmation email will confirm receipt of your cancellation, taking into account the 30-day cancellation period. This means that the membership continues as normal during these 30 days.
If the beginning of the month falls within this period, our guidelines still require you to pause your membership between the 1st and 5th of the month, as long as your VIP membership is still active. Since this pause was not performed, the regular credit was applied.
Therefore, our support team's refusal to process a refund in accordance with the terms and conditions has nothing to do with a website malfunction, but rather with the contractually agreed-upon deadlines, which apply equally to all members. Your money isn't lost, though. The credit is available in your account for your next purchase of items or sets up to €80. No further charges will be processed after your deadline.
If a function on the website or the pause button does not respond as desired, our customer service is available to do just that every day. If you had contacted us briefly during the period in question (from the 1st to the 5th of the month), we would have been happy to have the pause entered into the system for you manually and without any problems.
However, since we did not receive a corresponding report within this time window, the automated system processing takes effect after the deadlines have expired.

Scam by job application
I have applied for a job at this company, and later I received an email saying that I had a free gift. I was happy because I had spent time completing the application process.
I only paid the delivery fee, but later I was unexpectedly charged €59.90. They are now claiming that I became a VIP member. This feels like a scam. Although the email mentioned a VIP membership, it did not provide any clear or detailed information about it.

Cheap stuff, worth the money if you're a VIP but that VIP-system is a rip off machine.
Even if you have to cancel your VIP-memberhsip, you still have to cancel being charged separately.

We have a 30-day cancellation period, which we communicate openly and transparently from the very beginning, as well as the option to pause your subscription, so there are no surprises for you. If a cancellation is received during the current month, this standard cancellation period applies, which is why the system automatically pauses your subscription again for the following month or credits your balance to you.

Very very bad visability
Very very bad visability. I bought a pair of white scrubs for my work in a hospital the quality was extremely poor and the fabric seethrough- and just like that i registered for the VIP memebership and lost money every month since then. BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD COMPANY!

The main issue is that even with all the VIP credits I’ve accumulated, I am still forced to spend additional money in order to use them. This means I cannot fully utilize the credits I already paid for, and I now feel stuck in the membership system with a growing balance that is difficult to redeem without making further purchases.
While the membership terms may technically be explained, the overall structure was not transparent to me as a customer, especially regarding how difficult it is to actually use accumulated credits without additional spending.
I also remain disappointed with the quality of the scrubs, which did not justify the overall cost or experience.
I appreciate your response, but I hope Fabletics will reconsider how these credits work and make it easier for customers to redeem what they have already paid for.

I would not recommend this company…
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
I initially signed up for a one-month subscription. When I later tried to cancel, I accidentally missed the cancellation deadline by a couple of days. I contacted customer support and asked if they could cancel and refund the charge. They declined, which may technically be within their policy, but it would have been a good opportunity for the company to show some goodwill toward a customer.
The bigger issue happened afterward. About a month later I was charged again. Apparently, after requesting cancellation, I was also supposed to pause the following month manually. This process was not clear and the cancellation system is unnecessarily difficult to navigate.
I contacted customer support immediately after the second charge, but they again refused to issue a refund. The responses felt quite passive-aggressive and not particularly customer-focused.
While the company may be technically following its policies, the overall experience left me with the impression that customer satisfaction is not a priority. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service.

As mentioned by many other reviews. They are scamming people by giving discounted prices on their products, and only after a while when 60 EUR is deducted from your account, you actually realize that they are scamming you.
If you are that "transparent" as you claim to be, this issue should not be occurring with so many users. You guys are fraud.

Monthly subscription scam
They try to scam you into a monthly subscription of 60€ in the small print during checkout.
They wanted me to pay 50€ for 3 pieces (which seemed fair), but there is a hidden monthly subscription and if you don't want the subscription the price incraeses to 350€ which is also a huge scam.

Free shorts scam
I just saw an ad for "Free Shorts" on the fabletics website and of course I wanted to take advantage of that. I live in Germany and I'm pretty sure this deal is not available on the American version of the site.
Well of course I went to check it out and everything seemed fine. The VIP membership they make you subscribe seemed alright too since its ADVERTISED that you can just cancel it any time. As always when I want to claim free stuff i made a quick google search to check if any other people had issues with this and found out that a lot of people are complaining about hard to cancel memberships. So far so good. I was still interested in the deal since you can just cancel memberships through paypal safely.
I decided to take a last look in their terms of service to see what they actually say about all this (The FAQ is just a bunch of glazing) and what i found was pretty shocking. When you get the FREE shorts and then cancel your membership they actually keep the right to demand the shorts back or pay the original price, which is just outrageous. This is not mentioned anywhere during purchase so its a clear scam for me. Also since just got this silly warning for saying "scam": No this is not speculation :p. Fabletics does in fact advertise free stuff that you will either be charged for or have to return! Also I just wanna add that these prices are absolutely insane.
