Happy with service

I contacted customer service regarding an order I accidentally duplicated, they were super helpfull & explained the process. The process was sorted within 7 business days.

The first time I called we got disconnected. The i did an email I believe it was Victoria who responded quickly and helped me and transferred me to a different department and no one have gotten back withe about my return m

Fast written Feddback regarding my questions - i'll return the Epicooler unit and hope, that i get an return adress soon.

The representative was very kind and offered to help me.

I need to get a RMA Label to Return the units I purchased...the live chat was the best approach, after calling the annoying support line all to hear the automated system say email or live chat and hung up. I had already emailed so I choose live chat!

They said they would give me the info for returning the air cooler item.

I like the ease it took to operate the sweeper but it did not last an hour and it kept getting stuck on my mats

The professional way I've been dealt with, Victoria replied to my email the same day [ unheared of in this day & age ] accept what we at say, and came up with a solution to satisfy both sides.

Unfortunately the item ordered was damaged on delivery.
Customer Service were quick to respond.

Customer support reacted on my complains and try to offer a solution to solve the problem.
So I hope this will be succesfully.

Product did not match advertising. It was advertised as a heater and cooler but all it did was heat. Put it in a closed 100 sq. ft. room at 78F and after 1 1/2 hrs. the room temperature rose to 81F despite unit being set at 68F.

This a company from hell! Any positive review for them has to surely be part of their attempt to scam people into buying from them,in my case it was airabreeze .a product that couldn’t raise a breeze in a paper bag!
First they take your order and then invent a new order of their own with added units . When you try try to alter the order within 15 mins of seeing it go thru it’s far too late for them to possibly alter it and they say you can return your order for a refund. What they ‘forget’ to mention when you call them is that they point blank refuse to give you a return address .then it’s down a rabbit hole of endless emails and surveys which adds up to nothing but them stealing your money. They are just a bunch of criminals flogging sub standard product.

Because they wanted to help with my return of the product !

The person on the line was respectful and helpful.

Your product did not make any difference to very minor scratches

Customer service helpful do far but have asked to return item so that may change. But helpful and kind so far.

Lady on the end of the phone helpful returning item as not as described in advert and did not do the job
