I need to get a RMA Label to Return the units I purchased...the live chat was the best approach, after calling the annoying support line all to hear the automated system say email or live chat and hung up. I had already emailed so I choose live chat!

I received my parts in a timely manner. Haven't had time to install but I'm sure it will go smoothly as they are correct and direct fit compared to the last place I bought converters on eBay for same truck about half the price and they leaked and didn't bolt up properly at all. I also purchased manifolds from these guy's to make sure I wouldn't have a bolt up connection problem my exhaust guy said always buy manifolds from same place you buy converters so it's more likely you'll have success.
