Absolute garbage. don't waste your money.

Not only is this adapter very disappointing - it DOES NOT have anything like the power of a jet wash, the website makes it very difficult to buy one product with no extras. Think of it like the Ryanair website… you end up buying extras because you can’t get off that page without doing so. The product is expensive and disapppinting and I can’t help feeling conned!

Delivery took three weeks. And in the end the items are not meet my expectations.

We purchased the sprayer. It does not have as much pressure as our hose nozzles. We reached out for a refund and agreed to a 25% refund. Don’t buy this sprayer if you are expecting results like a pressure washer would provide.

I waited on ho;d for 11 minutes with no response, and listened to your stupid please wait while one of our staff members answers your call 132 times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that is horrible customer service. I still have not received my tracking number from my order placed on July 8, your site says within 24 hours? Did I make a mistake ordering from your company? I think I did! Answer your damn phone!

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Jetterix.com IS A SCAM! When you go to checkout, it takes you to topashopo.com which is a KNOWN FRAUDULENT website on BBB Scam tracker and trustpilot. EXTREME caution is advised. DO NOT PURCHASE. It’s been 12 days since I was promised a refund. Still haven’t received!

Although customer support was very good, the product itself does not match it's description. Poor performance, cheap plastic, power output not much better than anything you can buy at B&Q or other outlets. I'm sure it was different from the one I purchased from the advert and definitely not worth the 60 quid I spent on it. Sorry but not for me, it will be used for watering the plants and washing the car.

The hose connection is NO better than our normal hose.. pressure is no better..

False advertising 😝

This is one of the biggest scams I have seen in a long time. It claims to fit your regular hose but does not have a normal 3/4 hose connector. I get better pressure from e simple twist nozzle that can be found in any home supply store. I knew I was taking a chance, but this was a really disappointment. Save your money folks.

Useless! DO Not waste your time or money. Couldn’t move the skin off a custard ! Also no response to my email or request for refund. False advertising !

As per my previous review, I am still waiting on a refund. It has been three weeks and they guaranteed me five days. I have reached out to them twice and they told me the first request was denied and then they put it through again, I have not heard a word, after reading all the other reviews, I see all the other people have gone through what I’m going through with the ordering process and then trying to return product and they offer you a refund. Os there no way somebody could put this company out of business as they are ripping people off on every order!

This company is so misleading, absolutely no difference then a normal nozzle, and the handle on spray nozzle broke after the first use. They also charged my Cc double the price, and they won’t refund me. Been trying for 2 weeks to get e return, they offered 20% off which is bullcrap. So absolutely do not buy.

Customer service representative was very kind and helpful.

I ordered 3 units in error as the box for 3 units was automatically ticked on the website. I noticed immediately and sent an email within minutes to Jetterix Customer Services asking to cancel the order and I would re-order, or to amend the order. I received a response that the order was already dispatched and could not be changed even though this was over the weekend, and I am sure the order was still at the Jetterix facility. While the Customer Services department was very helpful Jetterix seems 100% inflexible when it comes to amending an order, which should be a normal part of business.
