I attempted to get a replacement or refund for a package that was delivered to wrong (non-existent) address, but I was repeatedly directed back to the same AI customer service. I also contacted the company that shipped the package, but they were unable to help. Unfortunately, I received no meaningful response from CAKES beyond the AI system. I emailed the customer service email several days in a row, repeatedly providing the requested details, but never received a resolution. Overall, the lack of customer support was extremely disappointing.

Total scam. I ordered a set 2 weeks ago for my sons wedding 1 week from now. Today, not even processed, not shipped, nothing. I could deal with that but having AI chat bots pretend to be humans responding should be illegal. The moment that a consumer questions whether this is a real person or a chatbot, they should either be escalated to a real human or the site should be transparent that you are communicating with an AI chatbot. Period.

I brought the Cakes Sticky Tape with me for my vacation in Greece. I have a backless dress which I was unable to wear before getting the Cakes Sticky Tape. What an amazing product! So easy to use and it stayed in place all night despite being in a heatwave in Greece. In fact, I was able to use these a few times for some other dresses as well! More comfortable than a strapless bra! Thank you Cakes!!

They do not work. Ordered the style that was supposed to lift and hold things in place. They do neither. And were very tiny despite ordering the product geared towards larger sizes. They did refund my money quickly. And allow me to keep the CAKES.

I ordered two sets of cakes based on the sizing recommendations. For me, the product doesn't fit the way it should. They are unflattering and create bulges where they should be supportive.

I submitted a customer support request, but did not hear anything back. To be fair, I was outside the return window of 21 days when I finally got around to trying them on. The bottom line is that the cakes don't fit, they are unworn, and I was never responded to when I asked for customer "support".

I was offered a discount on my next order, but come on...am I really going to order another set from a non-responsive company who's product is unflattering and doesn't hold me in?

So ladies, do your homework. You can roll the dice and give these a try, but don't expect to get the "support" you deserve.

They do not give the promised lift.and other promised qualities.And if you order from Europe the return costs are quit high!

UPDATE: After hours of wait on live chat, having my chat ended three times, and following up three additional times via email, I was finally able to reach Desiree who escalated the issue and provided a refund. Desiree’s eventual handling of the issue was appreciated.

Misleads consumers on shipping times, abandons live chats for Customer Service support (done by Nikki in my case), and then refuses to offer refunds when orders don’t arrive. Don’t order from here if you actually want to receive the product when it says you will.

Love the idea of Grippy CAKES (and quality) but the sizing guide was misleading as I ended up buying a size that was too big. So I can't use them. This especially sucks as they were already quite expensive

after wearing for 4 hours, it gave me rash, my breast skin looked like orange peel was itchy and hurting, 0n the 3rd day my skin is red and rough, it feels like fiberglass pokey and itch

I’d give 0 stars if I could. As someone of a C/D cup size that’s had 3 children, it’s really hard to shop for products like these or find anything that actually works. After months of their marketing getting to me on social media, I wandered onto their website to take a look around. The VERY first thing I reviewed was the return policy, knowing full well what kind of luck I’d had in the past. Must request a return within 21 days, products can’t have been worn, and must be in original packaging. Policy good for anything not marked “not eligible for return” or “final sale”. So the things MARKED not eligible for return or final sale steer clear of but everything else….we good!! Right?!

So, me being a normal consumer, unaware of the games afoot, having read the return policy, having scanned the product pages of each item I was considering and landing on a bundle package because different products help with different things, and feeling safe trusting this company….I ordered a bundle of both the stickies, grippies (boobs only…they have some interesting things for the downstairs but I wasn’t there for that) to save 10%. Nothing had any clear verbiage of being final sale or ineligible for the refund policy. I paid for the order, paid for expedited shipping so I could try on and return quickly if the items didn’t work, and I was very excited for my order to arrive.

It arrived today and I immediately tried them. 1) the cleavage sticky bra has a very strange molded ski slope shape in the nipple area that made me dang near look like Madonna with her cone boobies no matter how I rearranged the position. Big nope for me. 2) The “one sized” nipple covers that appear in all the marketing to cover quite a large surface area (which is supposed to help with the smoothed look they advertise) actually showed up smaller looking than I remembered from all the many videos and pictures I had seen and did the very dreaded round seem in the middle of the boob thing that every other damn nipple cover does that this company claims they eliminated. That ain’t it either!

I was deeply disappointed and went to the website to start a return. Only to find out that none of my bundle was eligible for a return. When I reached out to “customer service” they explained that I would have needed to expand a COLLAPSED BAR on the bottom each and every individual product page, that is simply labeled “refund policy”…..which to any normal person would just seem like the policy they just read….to see if it was marked eligible or not. When I stated that that was not at all clear anywhere on their site and very disingenuous and honestly seemed like a business model to intentionally dupe people, they responded that they were “sorry for the inconvenience but understood how I was probably just too excited about the product that I didn’t pay close enough attention”. She also proceeded to say “customers who agree to purchase discounted bundle packages consent to forfeiting the refund policy as that is the trade off for the discount”. Umm no….no normal consumer seeking out and thoroughly reading the return policy and intentionally looking for anything clearly marked “ineligible” or “final sale” is going to know that you are intentionally hiding it in a COLLAPSED BAR at the bottom of the product page. Also….every consumer understand that you can typically get a bundle discount for purchasing multiple products!!! That’s the universally understood function of a bundle!!! I have never seen a company state that purchasing a bundle of multiple products equates to acknowledging that the trade off is forfeiting the return policy. That’s the dumbest shit I have ever heard.

This company has no integrity and I’m certain this probably has to be part of how they are making money and likely one of the largest complaints they are constantly fielding.

Intentionally highlighting in your return policy that products “marked not eligible for return or final sale” are not honored by the return policy and then burying those very indicators in an inconspicuous/hidden place that a consumer would have to know to search for is…..a choice.

They want to market themselves as being for women and providing solutions for women but they are preying on women by using dishonest marketing, not being transparent in their policies, and literally hiding the information a customer would need to be informed of the terms of their purchase. Screw this company and its shady founders for choosing to do business this way. Also….buyer for sure beware because there’s absolutely no way (having actually tried them) that these products are anything but trash for someone above a B cup. I’ve gotten products from ROSS that looked better than these. And given that they apparently have hidden loopholes to honoring their policies, save your money!

Unfortunately, my experience with Cakes Body has been extremely disappointing.

I placed a UK order at the beginning of June, which was delivered promptly. Although the parcel was marked as fully delivered by Evri, only one of the two items I ordered was actually delivered, half of my order was missing!

I contacted Cakes body customer service ASAP via email and was told the missing item would be sent. However, the replacement was initially dispatched to the wrong address (to an address I never provided?!?).

After I pointed out their mistake, I was told that shipment had been cancelled and that a new replacement would be processed.

Since then, I have repeatedly been told that my replacement has been "processed," but I have never received a dispatch confirmation or a tracking number. I have contacted customer service several times for updates and have been given apologies and assurances, but no actual resolution.

One thing Cakes Body does well is they will reply to emails quickly. Unfortunately, the replies have been little more than generic apologies and reassurance that the issue is being dealt with, without any meaningful action to back those words up! It's frustrating to receive prompt responses that repeatedly promise progress but fail to provide something as basic as a dispatch confirmation or tracking number.

When I asked for either a tracking number or a refund because it had been almost a month since my original order, I was told that a refund could not be issued because the replacement had already been processed. Like this isn’t my fault? However, they have still been unable to provide any evidence that the replacement has actually been dispatched. It is their failure to fulfil a customer’s order.

At the time of writing this review, I am still haven't received the missing item or a refund.

Mistakes can happen, but it's how a company handles them that matters. In my case, a simple missing item has turned into weeks of chasing updates, receiving generic responses, and still being left without a resolution.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from Cakes Body until their customer service and order fulfilment processes improve significantly.

I have purchased multiple pairs of the grippy cakes and they are great. I recently purchased the sticky cakes and they are no good. they were only sticky for 3 short wears. They are not worth the high price for such short amount of wears. You are better off buying cheap ones off amazon as the Cakes Sticky ones are that same quality and will not last you any longer,

I really wanted to like Cakes. After seeing all the glowing reviews online, I expected a smooth experience. Unfortunately, that couldn’t have been further from the truth.
I placed my order on June 6 and paid extra to expedite shipping with a 3-business-day delivery guarantee. Three days came and went with no package. When I reached out for a refund, they issued one but claimed they had no idea when (or if) it would arrive. Later, they admitted the order was never even properly placed and had gotten “lost in shipment.”
It took over 10 emails and significant back-and-forth before they finally processed the refund. The whole process was frustrating, inconsistent, and completely unprofessional.
I will not be ordering from Cakes again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Have had for over a year and they still stick great!

They are comfy and do not slip with lots of movement…easy to clean:)

I absolutely love the quality of CAKES and have used the same ones for years now. They are perfect for fitting under any dress or top and are ridiculously comfortable. I strongly recommend!!

I purchased two pair of the nipples pads with adhesive. I was super excited to give this brand a try with all of the ads it kept coming up when I watch my YouTube or just checking my phone. I have worn and try many other brands I ordered on Amazon and purchased at TJ Maxx. All of them have fallen off of me while I was walking inside an air conditioner Mall, inside a boutique shop and this one I am sitting in my home emailing. It started to peel off around the nipples. I kept pressing it down to my skin and the adhesive would not staying on. What a disappointment after the company kept saying their brand is sticking to your skin due to their premium silicone, black bla bla...By the way I have dry clean skin as it was directed. I used many nipples pads from various companies and I do the same thing with my skin before using nipples pads. It's common sense to not use on oily skin so the adhesive would stick to the dry skin. This nipples pads doesn't do what the advertisement claim to do. I am surprised on the advertisement how the non-adhesive stick into the skin so well especially when the woman showed her wet skin how the pad stick so well. I think it is false advertising to get people like myself to give it a try.
Luckily I sent the company an email request for refund and to return these nipples pads. I was lucky to have great customer service and follow up. I think email to a few customer service on that day. I only have the pads on for two hours before I notice it was peeling off. Save your money for cheaper brands since it will fall off once you start to sweat unless you wear something like a tight body suit or fitted top to hold the nipple pads.

Daughter wore the cleavage bra beneath her homecoming dress and it covered and supported all night. she's a small D and she mentioned it stayed up and didn't get loose from sweating or hopping around on the dance floor. 10x better than the store brands we have purchased before.

Good for nipple coverage but worthless for any lift or support. Can get much cheaper options that work just as well for coverage.

Yay! received my Large Cakes Cleavage bra. I am a size 36D and it works perfect! I did put a little nipple cover over that first for my own protection. Little nipple patches I bought elsewhere. But with this cleavage bra I can get a lot of cleavage or a little cleavage, depends on where I place it. I absolutely love it! I have been looking for something like this for 2 years now that pushes my boobs together. I did NOT need my boobs pushed UP, I wanted them to pushed together...And this is it. So natural with no bra line. Wow! Thank you Cakes body. 🙏
