Bus driver was very rude and raised her voice. She wouldn’t let me carry my hand luggage inside the bus even though it had the allowed measurements. It is an under seat mini bag with wheels. I didn’t have food/drinks and other necessities during the trip since she yelled that I couldn’t bring it. I have never had issues with it before as it is hand luggage! Poor communication and professionalism from the drivers side. Wouldn’t recommend or use this again.

The company Vy bus4you positions itself as a premium Scandinavian carrier, but in reality, the beautiful packaging hides a complete indifference toward passengers. My idealization of super quality in Sweden and Norway was completely shattered after two trips. The first journey from Copenhagen to Oslo was highly disorganized. During boarding, the female driver, with a proud attitude, ignored our tickets, which clearly indicated the second floor, and forced us to the first floor to uncomfortable seats at a table directly opposite a family of strangers. As a result, we had to experience moral discomfort the entire way under the unpleasant stares of a stranger. The free Wi-Fi advertised on the tickets was completely absent, and we rode for 8 hours without internet, which ruined a planned surprise for an acquaintance in Gothenburg. To polite questions about stops to stretch our legs or buy some food, the driver responded with a harsh and unapologetic refusal. No humanity whatsoever; everything was strictly and severely regulated. The second trip from Gothenburg to Copenhagen was planned for a transfer to a FlixBus to Hamburg to travel further into the Continent. I specially paid an extra 13 euros for panoramic seats on the second floor and booked tickets with a half-hour buffer. The transfer was supposed to take place within the same station, so the time should have easily been enough to buy water and food. However, before Copenhagen, the bus got stuck in heavy traffic. The bus was scheduled to arrive at 15:35, and the next flight departed at exactly 16:00. At 15:34 we were still standing outside the city. The driver knew perfectly well about the critical delay an hour in advance but made no announcement over the loudspeaker. If he had warned us, I would have had time to cancel the tickets for the next bus in the app and get a refund. Instead, in complete ignorance, we stood at the doors in extreme stress. We arrived at the platform at 15:57. Huge thanks to the passenger who, despite his cold, sincerely worried for us and was the first to rush to help unload our suitcases. He was in such a hurry to help us that in the rush, he even hit his head was hurt by a suitcase. I still feel genuinely sorry for this helpful guy. We had to manage within three minutes to unload our heaviest suitcases and still find the next bus on a huge platform; it wasn't even visible. Physically, there was no time to look for it, and we simply did not manage to find it.It is one thing to miss a bus in your own country, where everything is familiar. But to find yourself in a foreign, cold Europe, far from home, with a highly complicated journey from Russia, and to be left on a platform with a departed bus and a minor child is a true nightmare. I trusted Scandinavia, considered it for my future life, but faced absolute cruelty. The most frequent phrase you hear in Europe is: "That is not my problem." That is exactly how this cynical company practically responded. This delay triggered a whole chain of misfortunes. We had to buy new tickets for a trip two hours later, wasting extra money, because of which we ended up on a long ferry crossing and arrived in Hamburg only at midnight. There, a new blow awaited us—the hotel, due to night overbooking, simply kicked us out sleepy onto a dirty street with drunk crowds. The company Vy bus4you, through its negligence, destroyed the entire logistics of the trip, and now their customer support claims that a delay of less than an hour is not grounds for a refund. Because of the driver's 20-minute silence, the company simply kept my money. I highly do not recommend trusting them with your itineraries.

I had a ticket booked with Bus4You from Stockholm Arlanda Airport to Norrköping Centrum for the 2:15 PM departure on July 7.
Before the scheduled departure, I specifically contacted customer support to ask which bus stop the coach would depart from. I was clearly informed that it would leave from Bus Stop 6. To avoid any issues, I arrived at Bus Stop 6 at 1:50 PM and waited there well in advance.
Unfortunately, the bus never arrived.
As a result, I was forced to purchase a new ticket for the next available departure at 5:10 PM, paying for my journey twice. In total, I spent five hours at the airport after my flight landed and missed an important business meeting because of the delay.
To make matters worse, I submitted a complaint to Bus4You one week ago, but I have not received any response. There has been no explanation, no apology, and no attempt to resolve the issue.
In the end, I lost money, valuable time, and an important business opportunity due to the company's failure to provide accurate information and its complete lack of customer service afterward.
I strongly do not recommend Bus4You. The way they handled this situation and ignored my complaint demonstrates a complete lack of respect for their customers.

I booked a plus ticket for a night bus when arriving at the airport. The web page was still processing, after 15 mins, when the bus arrived, so I could not travel on the bus and ended up having to take another transport and spending the night in a hotel. Contacting the bus company the next day over the phone, since I had been charged 547 sek, they knew my email address and said I had left out a letter in the address line and therefore I could not get a refund. They themselves first sent me the wrong form, for lost property, to complete. Horrible company and treatment!!

How its my mistake if on my ticket bus number is written as 844 while the actual bus ran on that day was 850. How will i know i have to sit in 850 ?
I contacted them and they are blaming me for not figuring it out on my own.

I just got on the bus in Norrköping and was greeted by the driver with my first name, a very nice and personal touch. On the bus, the driver made a wonderful announcement. At Linköping, they switched drivers, and the second driver also made a wonderful greeting to all the passengers.

I travelled from Oslo to Gothenburg 25 of November by route 300 left Oslo at 1745. No internet and worse no possibility to charge pc . Due to this I was prevented to do my planned work during the trip.
I informed the driver but he was not able to help . No info via the announcement system was given about system being down.

We had booked this bus from Copenhagen to Gothenburg on 26th October 2025 at 9:45 PM. The terminal display initially showed Platform 14, which was later changed to Platform 4. We, along with five other passengers (two children and three adults), waited at the platform from around 9:15 PM for over an hour, but the bus never arrived. When we reported the issue, we were told that the bus had departed on time with passengers on board, which is impossible, as all of us were waiting there the entire time. Despite this clear mistake, we were not offered any refund or assistance.
Additionally, their customer support was unavailable after 5 PM, leaving no way to resolve the issue immediately. If passenger contact information is collected at the time of booking, shouldn’t it be used to notify passengers about last-minute platform changes or boarding confirmations? It’s disappointing to see such poor communication and lack of accountability. What’s the point of collecting contact information from passengers, then? If it had been an error on our side, we would have readily accepted but given that multiple passengers experienced the same issue, it clearly points to a failure on the company’s end.
Update on company’s response:
Easy for you to say this when it wasn’t you who had to suffer the consequences. We were the ones left stranded late at night, despite waiting for over an hour at the platform that was displayed. You haven’t even shared the most basic details such as which exact platform the bus actually departed from or any supporting confirmation from Movia. How are passengers supposed to verify your claims without transparency? It’s genuinely disappointing to see such lack of accountability. If this had happened to you, would you have simply accepted it without question? For most of us, the next day was a working day, and this incident caused significant disruption and stress. All because of a mistake that none of us, as passengers, could have possibly avoided. The least your company could do is take responsibility and provide clarity on what went wrong rather than brushing it off with a generic response.

I can't really express my feelings properly based on the treatment I receive from a lady called Sabina. She works with Bus for you reparation department. She found me in the bus' there was no one in the bus just me, everyone already got out and changed to other vehicles except me
I was not aware that the bus from Stockholm to Oslo was damaged there would be taken for repair.
Here is the amazing character of a pretty Sabina. She contacted the station and made sure I was transferred to a train going to Oslo. She drove me from where the bus stopped to the station and directed me on where to catch up the next train. That's is humanity and empathy, she knows her job, very professional.
To top it all I receive a compensation exactly all that I paid for the ticket was refunded by the vy bus company, that's. Awesome.
Thanks you very much Sabina I appreciate your good work and kind heart and professionalism.

The most freaking terrible experience that I have ever had in my entire life!
My friend and I am studying in Oslo and have a trip to Copenhagen from 19th July to 20th July 2025. On the return day, we had already book 02 tickets from Copenhagen back to Oslo.
The departure supposed to be at 14:48 at the Terminal 3 of the Copenhagen Airport, Ellehammersvej. We arrived at 13:00 to wait for the bus.
At 14:48, there was no bus arrived. We asked for every single passenger and even drivers from other buses. They all confirmed that this was the right spot as all long distance bus would come to this pick up point. We waited til 15:30 and there was so bus! No notification for the delay, no appearance of the Vybus4you. Other buses showed up constantly, Flixbus, Viking buses... We called the service contact several times, even borrow the phones from the locals but no one picked up the god dam phone to answer us! The hotline was too busy to answer its customers! Probably as everyone was driven to the edge of the bad services!
At 15:45 we saw a Vybus and asked a driver. The driver checked the map and he said our bus had a delay, told us to wait for more than 15 mins. He said this bus was to Copenhagen, not to Oslo so we had to wait. We waited until 16:15 but there was still no single one. And we had to book two new tickets from Flixbus, along with sudden metro tickets, went back to the train station center and waited until the midnight to go with Flixbus to Oslo, as we had classes next morning! After several time trying to check the routes, we saw the bus went straight to Sweden without even stopping at our point!
This unprofessional, irresponsible services and system had affected our plans a lot and costed us other sudden expenses! We will definitely send our complaints and if our comments wont help us got all the re fundings and compensate for our extra costs to book new tickets, we will definitely sue them based on the Consumer Protection Law! We have collected all strong evidence including pictures of us at the right spot with specific time, date and the map of bus that abandoned us!
NEVER TRY THIS BUS! IT WILL DRIVE YOU CRAZY!

My trip was Copenhagen (Kastrup airport) to Gothenburg on the 18th of June.
The bus was late we contacted the office and they said it was stuck in traffic and that we should wait.
One hour passed and no bus showed up I called again and the response I got was that I missed the bus and that it was already on it's way in Sweden. For context I had been in the bus stop 2 hours prior due to my flight arriving early.
I asked every single person around and 7 of them had been waiting for the same bus with me. I asked the customer care agent on the phone to explain how 8 people missed the same bus, and if she could confirm how many tickets from the bookings in kastrup could she see as checked in the bus and she claimed there was a technical problem and she could not confirm but she insisted the bus had passed with a small delay.
Very bad experience. Very rude customer support. No refunds, no care for their customers, no solutions provided.
Do not use this company!!!

Booked a trip with SJ.se from Göteborg to Malmö Hyllie. Due to ongoing rail work, I was offered a bus from Göteborg C to Helsingborg C and then a train from Helsingborg C to Malmö Hyllie.
My train departed 20.07 but the bus arrived late (due to traffic (understandable)), so I missed that train. Vy Bus4you changed my booking and offered me a train at 22.07 from Helsingborg to Malmö Hyllie.
No email to complain, and no office to reschedule my ticket. The result: I arrived home around 23.00 hours instead of 20.57. I talked to SJ and Vy Bus4You, but no compensation is offered. They just point at each other and offer no solution.

Been a year since they sold me a ticket for a bus back from the airport. Then cancelled the bus 5 mins after I bought it.
Rescheduled me on a bus 119mins later and wouldn't refund me because "EU law doesn't say we have to"
Could have got the train.
Should have got the train.
Never booked with them again
Been a year
Trains are awesome
Don't go with the bus it's not worth it to save 100sek lmao

So, first of all, let me say that I should carefully have read terms and conditions before booking.
This was my first (and only) time traveling with Bus4you. I'd booked a Plus seat from CPH to Gothenburg. A few hours before departure I get an email saying my seat has been altered and that I will be given a voucher as compensation. It turns out that my Plus seat has been exchanged for an aisle seat next to another traveller. I was not in the mood for this. At least they could've booked me two seats next to each other as compensation.
Later, I filed an online complaint and was told Bus4you don't do refunds (as per their terms and conditions).
I will not be making use of my voucher, however, as the most important thing to me is reliability. I paid extra for a travel experience that I did not get, and I'm not going to take that risk again.

I recently took a Vy Bus from Gothenburg to Oslo, and unfortunately, it was a very bad experience due to the terrible toilet smell. From the moment I boarded, there was a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the restroom that lingered throughout the entire journey. This made the trip extremely uncomfortable and difficult to endure.
For a long-distance journey, basic hygiene and cleanliness are crucial, and Vy Bus completely failed in this regard. The smell from the toilet was overwhelming, and it significantly affected the overall experience. I wouldn’t recommend this service unless they improve their standards.
