Very disappointing experience with Alma Pay.

In my case, even though I did not receive the product from the merchant, Alma continued to pursue the scheduled payments and sent repeated payment demands.

What I found particularly frustrating is that, as a customer, I expected more support when there was a clear issue with the delivery of the product. Instead, I felt that the focus remained entirely on collecting the payments, regardless of whether the order had actually been received.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend using Alma Pay.
