Did not have a serial number so couldn't go any further and told to ring - but no times given!

Simply outstanding product. Build quality, plus excellent easy to use features. All of the eight integrated appliances we've just installed are fantastic. With the matt black finish you can't get with other appliances.
Five of these appliances have wifi capabilities directly to your phone. With the induction hob, and extractor interconnected to each other.
The pro steam oven is on another level when it comes cooking Yorkshire puddings.

I've never had AEG before so was a bit do I or don't I but UK to now I'm very pleased with all 3 that I got for my new kitchen. The only thing I wish the sales people would check leaflets before giving them to you as I was told I could save 200.00 then when we went to claim it it was out of date before he gave it us.

We bought a new house with AEG(Electrolux) appliances installed. The fridge/freezer is a basic model which started to freeze everything in the fridge. As it is still under warranty,contacted AEG and they sent out a service engineer. He changed the sensor .we bought groceries and had to throw out everything the next day as everything frozen again. AEG sent engineers out. He replaced the control panel. Restocked fridge, but fridge froze it all again. AEG says can’t replace fridge as engineer said it was fixed. Sent another engineer. He checked to make previous repairs were wired properly. Said he had to come back to re gas fridge. Two weeks later, fridge re gassed. I put a small bowl of water in the fridge as don’t trust it was fixed. Sure enough, water frozen by evening. Called AEG, can’t replace fridge as engineer said it was fixed. Engineer coming this week to fix. I cannot store medicines in fridge, cannot have any fresh fruits or vegetables etc. This is unacceptable and we have since learned there are others on the estate with the same fridge/freezer model that have also failed. Obviously there is a problem with this product. AEG and their chosen repair company, are abysmal. Avoid AEG! They don’t deserve one star.

The agent was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. My query was resolved in a very short time. Excellent customer service!

The portable air conditioner kept our bedroom cool enough to let us sleep during the recent heat wave. It fits neatly into a corner when not in use and is an attractive piece of furniture. Delivery was made on date promised.

Defective aircon unit. Multiple attempts at using the AEG repair team were very frustrating.

The fault was analysed quickly and correctly and repaired with a new part.

The experience from start to finish was ideal each step was handeled well and any questions / issues were dealt with in a timely manner

Engineer came and determined the fault quickly, fixed the problem and the dishwasher has been working perfectly since the repair

We bought a AEG under counter freezer frost free. It's very noisy, the drawer front on the bottom drawer keeps coming off and the bottom drawer keeps coming off it's runners. We have had an engineer out who has told us that they will replace the drawer because of the front coming off but said that the runners are designed that way and can't be fixed. As for the noise ??? Who knows. Will not buy AEG ever again.

You were unhelpful and disrespectful. You didn’t get back to me or resolve my issue. Galling especially as we spent thousands on AEG products, won’t buy again

The first engineer came to assess the fridge and advised that both the freezer door and the motor needed to be replaced.

A second engineer attended on a different day but only replaced the freezer door. He advised that the fridge would settle and begin working normally after a couple of hours. However, nothing changed.

The fridge then became worse and started making a loud humming noise. The same engineer returned for the third AEG visit and, this time, replaced the motor. He again advised that the fridge should settle.

However, he would have left the fridge door loose on its hinges if I hadn't called him back to check it. He then informed me that he would need to order a new door and return for yet another visit.

I had to call and request that a different engineer attend what should hopefully be the final visit, and I also reported the poor service we have received. The customer service operative I spoke to did not apologise for the situation or the inconvenience caused. It was only after I raised the issue a second time and requested a different engineer, that they promised to resolve everything.

AEG can and should do better, especially considering the level of service we are paying for.

Easy to register product, didn't even have to write down the serial number, a photo was all that I needed!

The portable air conditioning unit is excellent, made a huge difference to the room. I'd buy one again.
