Don't buy Hot-Point products. You will be stuck/trapped
I feel trapped with Hotpoint washing machine and after sales service. Engineer came and confirmed issue with the pump but never replaced it though he it in his van. Instead, he removed a black-color plastic cap (don't know its function) and said machine should work. Right after his visit, when we started using the machine, water started leaking from it. We again complained. Engineer came after a week and said that last visiting engineer should have changed the pump. He infomed us that he had no pump available in his van and we should call hot-point. When I called hot-point customer service, they transferred me to 3 different teams, who said part/pump is not available in stock, it has been ordered but we do not know the ETA of the part and no time line can be promised. The resolution team at hot-point said, despite paying for 5-years warranty, they cannot replace the unit until 4 engineer visits have been completed and Hot-point has determined if we should still wait for the part or there is enough justification to replace the unit. I am not sure what to do, keep machine as a showpiece or go to laundary and spend lots of money on washing my clothes. I am sincerely alerting not to invest in Hot-point as you will be stuck with them with no resolution. They are a bad company with no customer care.

Order process nice and easy
Order process nice and easy. Washing machine has met expectations and happy with the purchase. Loses a star because on the morning of the delivery day, it was canceled due to sickness and then couldn't be delivered for another 3 days.
The guys that did eventually deliver it were pleasant and polite.

Delivered the goods ok but did not have the correct training to install my new one after paying £90.00 installation fee , I did receive a credit but had to find a plumber for the installation. .. Sorry!!!!!

Exceptional service…
The delivery of my new washing machine went very smoothly with the instillation and testing of the new and removal of old machine only took a short time. Unpacking and removing of packaging took place outside. All in all a very quick and pleasant experience. Thank you!
