When I first started tu use this app, I was satisfied- both prices and service was good.
But this year i got my third purchase wrong- this time only half the dress, last time it was wrong bag. Of course, you can't do anything except spend your time and send back items and wait for your refund.
Customer service was terrible, no help there, just apologies, yeah..

A nice platform, always on time and good value.

bought an order on 01.08., it got delivered on 28.08, the customer service is so bad, they just kept sending me non exiting updates and then sent me a 30% discount that only applies on some articles

I made an order at 1.8.2026 and paid for it. I haven't receieved it yet, after about one month. They have been sending me e-mails how sorry they are about the delay. Hard to undetstand what the problem is, aren't they German?
Offeref me 20% discount for my next order. What should I do?😂

Do not place any orders with this company unless you have Paypal protection, I placed an order with ABOUT YOU OUTLET consisting of three ARMANI EXCHANGE items.

The order was not dispatched, I had to repeatedly contact ABOUT YOU myself to obtain any information. I was given assurances regarding delivery, but the order remained delayed, after speaking to 3 employees by phone, nothing ever followed through just lies provided.

ABOUT YOU subsequently confirmed that the T-shirt, was no longer unavailable. The two polo shirts were eventually delivered, but the T-shirt was never supplied. ABOUT YOU issued an invoice for the two delivered polo shirts.

The matter became even more false when ABOUT YOU later claimed that there had been a “first delivery attempt” which was unsuccessful and that the package had been marked undeliverable. That was again another falsification by About You, Swiss Post has no record of 1st attempted delivery no such tracking information for my deliveries, and there is no record of such an attempted delivery.

I have had to chase ABOUT YOU repeatedly throughout this entire process rather than receiving clear and accurate information from them. The matter is now with PayPal, About You again lied that that they had refunded me for the T-Shirt but Paypal have no record of this and is now investigating About You's falsifications.

Do not trust this company with your money they make false claims and do not help you when things go wrong, they just take your money and it you who will have to fight back to get the issues resolved

Order made on 2.8. still not delivered. Customer support not responding to chat at all. After I called them I was told that the order was delayed due to a cyber attack so I asked to cancel it. They said it will take 2 weeks to return my money. In the end they shipped everything more than 3 weeks later and didnt refund me 360€ to this day. They promised to cancel the order and didnt do it. Already submitted a fraud claim to the authorities. Never purchasing from here again.

Might only be 5 days but that's 3 days to long during the week.

My current order has been in preparation for almost three weeks now. All I receive from customer support are apology emails, but no explanation as to why the order is delayed or whether it will ever actually reach me...

I ordered a linen Ralph Lauren Polo shirt. They sent me a cheap ass polyester blouse without the pocket and the logo. When I sent it back, they didn't accept, telling me that it's not the product that was sent to me. Mind you, I wrote their Customer Service immediately after receiving the fake product. 1 month later, I still didn't get any refund.

They don’t deliver the ordered clothes.

I terminated my contract 3 weeks ago with this company 8 months before end of contract due to appalling service. I have been promised that there uncitely equipment inside and outside will be removed which i have on text still waiting. Im 79 years old and have had a very stressful time since this company took over from BRSK that company's salesman gave misleading information. This is my 3rd report about this company

They have some sort of a technical issue nearly a month, which delays my order. I am fine with that somehow, although I really need these new maternity clothes as mine are not fitting anymore.
The worst part for which I am furious is that their emails said I may not be able to receive my full order as by the time they resolve the technical problem, the items I ordered may have been sold out?!?!?
Customer service is of no help either.

My items are still not shipped after over 2 weeks. I made an order on 2nd August and the shipping time frame was stated to me as arriving by around the 7th on 10th. My order is still not shipped, however I have received now 5 automated emails telling me my order is delayed due to a warehouse glitch (?) and that my order may end up cancelled! So I dont even know if my items will arrive... I even contacted customer service and they just said my delivery should arrive by the 14th, but now that date has passed it now shows as estimated arriving the 18th (the date just keeps being extended day by day). My order is still not out for delivery. It's very frustrating that the estimated delivery time frames are not realistic, and my items will no longer arrive in time for my event. I would have never ordered from About You if I had known my order would be sitting in "in preparation" for over 2 weeks... that's really disappointing. In the meantime I ordered similar items from Zalando and they arrived within 3 days.... This is the second time I ordered from About you and last time it was also delayed in a similar way, but not over 2 weeks- that's just terrible service.

The rapid delivery and best product with low price compare to other Selling platforms.

Very disappointing experience with ABOUT YOU. My order arrived 10 days late, and when I finally received it, the Adidas shoes looked faded and worn, almost as if they had been washed many times before being sent to me.

For a product sold as new, this condition is completely unacceptable. Between the extremely delayed delivery and the poor condition of the shoes, I am very disappointed with this purchase and the overall experience.

I ordered many times and every time everything was done extremely correctly! I always got what I ordered and the quality of the goods is ORIGINAL - NO LIES AND SCAMS!!!
I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO SHOP HERE BECAUSE WHEN YOU BUY HERE YOU ARE SURE YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU PAID AND ORDERED

Do not rely on their delivery dates! I ordered on August 2nd expecting my package between August 7th and 9th. It is now August 12th with zero progress, the status hasn't moved past "in preparation." Because of these unacceptable delays, I have to leave for my trip and won't be around to accept the order. Completely untrustworthy service. Very disappointed!
Edit: Order still not delivered till 25.08.2026.

A few years ago I wrote that I was very happy with AboutYou (great products and also prices), but that the delivery was a “painful”, days-long disaster, so I had no interest to order from them again. I complained that the customer only could have Hermes as the delivery company, and, at that time, they had terrible service (e.g. claiming they would deliver on a certain day, but not doing it, then repeating the next day the same misleading delivery notification for that day, then the next day, etc, etc.).
After I complained, the most impressive customer service event occurred: AboutYou then started offering the option that the customer could select which delivery company service they would prefer. I was impressed!
So, on top of great products offered, I can say that their Customer Service response is a score of 11:10!
As an addition: Hermes delivery service since then has greatly improved.
