Excellent experience with MSC

Excellent experience with MSC! The Quoting Department is outstanding, and their website is very easy to navigate. Everything is straightforward and user-friendly. Highly recommend!

I was shorted 2 packages #01479302

I was shorted 2 packages #01479302. Called and spoke with a woman that said they would have to check their bins and if that checked out, then they would have to file a claim with UPS.
I received a phone message from the woman explaining that they had checked the bins and the inventory was spot on. Then I was told i needed to provide my Credit Card to initiate the UPS claim. WHAT? Why would I provide anything for something I'm going to be billed for and never received.
I have been doing business with MSC for 15 years and have never had this issue. It's rare that I'm shorted product. If you check my account, you will find that it's rare that I call and complain that I have been shorted. However, this little fiasco has me wondering if I need to source the products I get from MSC through another source.

Order incomplete & Lack of experience of ¨Credit Analys¨

One of the items arrived incomplete: I received 8 instead of 10 of the 2.5 mm Hex Allen Wrench. Additionally, my order was canceled twice—which I understand was an issue on my bank's end, not yours. However, when I called to resolve the situation, the person who assisted me (Scott LaShomb) was rude, unhelpful, and even hung up on me. I hope you take my feedback into consideration and address this matter.

Part of my order was canceled, and I did not get notice

Part of my order was canceled, and I did not get notice of the cancelation. Project delayed. Customer Service Rep. was very nice and we were both frustrated at how long it took to just to find out if I could even get the item. 45min. on the phone, but she was great and very helpful getting the issue resolved.
