The castor wheels fit exactly as replacements for the tag wheels on my motorhome. These are much better since they have ball bearings where the metal sleeve passes through the wheel. Very satisfied. Prompt delivery and kept informed of delivery status.

Ordered a plastic condensate pan. Just arrived, no box and cracked. How do you ship a large plastic pan with no box and expect it to make it in one piece?

I was happy with your customer service and quick delivery, but the product is way off from what is described, and did not resolve the issue it was needed for. Let me explain . For product # G3426796 ( Grating Clip), This clip is specifically designed for use with Fiberglass Molded Grating. Your spec sheet has some clear images , especially of the product in360 degrees format. The underside has a specific 1’ 1/16” diameter
“gimbal” base with flat sides, specifically designed to fit into the square cavity of the fiberglass grating, and prevent movement and slippage, once it is properly fastened down . Your product although specifically imaged that way, does not arrive that way, and does not perform that way. It has a round base, on the high side is 1” in diameter, and the low side, 3/4” . Nothing like your 360 degree image, and doesn’t help to hold the grating down properly. I have used approx. 15 of them, because I needed something to hold the grating down for wind and safety, however, I need to find what you are illustrating, not what was delivered. I took pictures that I can send along to explain more fully, but I’m dissatisfied with the product. Mark - 201-774-7804.

Finding the right product was easy, as was making the purchase. Zoro delivered the item ordered just a few days after the order was placed. It was a good value purchase.

I needed plumbing press tool battery and site said by Monday. I needed it by then and was afraid it would be later than that with the free ground shipping option. But received next day on Saturday, very happy

This company likes to play games and needs to grow up and start acting like a professional business. We are commercial buyers and use Zoro several several times a month. Regular good customers. Today, again, I am in the middle of working an order and they stop me to play verification games while I am working. Seriously? A customer is in the middle of buying from you, already signed in, and you're going to pull garbage like that? No thanks. Everything we buy from Zoro we can buy elsewhere. The 10% off means nothing to us when we aa regular customer gets treated like this. Mr. CEO, you really need to fix this. This is NOT the first time this has happened. We are professions-perhaps you should become one too.

i was not sent the right tool that i ordered

Every piece was in great shape when I received it. And exactly as I needed it. I only wish they had the 14 5/8" W x 18 1/2 D x 8" H drawer. The only one left to replace.

Placing the order was very difficult but I finally made it Thursdaty night. Could not believe it when I received a text stating that the part (G1151166) would be delivered on Saturday. Installation was a breeze with good instructions!

Box was torn open and over half of product was missing. Called customer service and they were great.

Box came secured with one piece of scotch tape, whole thing was open, unsecured, the worst packing I have ever seen outside China. Will not order from again even though nothing fell out.

Great product, unbelievably fast delivery

Had a slight issue with an item and it was dealt with quickly and professionally.

I chose Danby to replace my 21 year old compact fridge that is outside (in Arizona) as part of my bbq island.
