Shipped with inadequate protection

I ordered cardboard pads (that go INSIDE packages). They were shipped with plastic strapping only (no box or plastic wrap) which meant they arrived dirty and many of the pads had damaged corners. A disappointing experience from a company that can do better.

I'm very impressed with the quick free…

I'm very impressed with the quick free delivery and the excellent customer service. It's very pleasant to actually talk to someone that speaks English well, understands what I say, and I don't feel flustered because I can't understand what they are saying.
Thank you for hiring Americans. I'll continue to shop at Zoro. I just wish I could find more things available, but with time I'm sure Zoro will be able to compete with Amazon and maybe .....

I loved the fast Delivery…

I loved that it came fast but the box it came in was completely torn open and I have to wait till tomorrow to see if it is damaged or not ,I cant lift it and my son will be over tomorrow to get it out of the box and check it.
