I wrote a review on Faire Brands…
I wrote a review on Faire Brands because I tried once with my store to get on there and they said my stuff was bought from Temu. It was NOT!! I listed another store with a few products that I had purchased locally and they just closed my store after I submitted it. Said my products weren't cohesive with their brand or something. I cannot tell you how many stores on this site sell things from Temu. Not knocking Temu, but I was kicked for that very thing and mine were not from Temu. I love Temu. They have very cute things sometimes, but how does one store list products actually from Temu and seem to have a good rating on Faire and yet I try to open a wholesale store there and can't because they don't like my products. I hesitate to purchase anything from them as I don't want them getting any commission from anything I purchase. I don't know who is making decisions, but they need to be fired.
I love ordering from Faire
I love ordering from Faire. Wholesalers are all in one place so you don’t have to hunt through the internet to find them. I’ve not had a bad experience yet. 💜
Terrible customer service
Terrible. I keep trying to get confirmation for my business and they keep telling me I need certain things in order to resell items. I have told them numerous times I don't resell items. Their customer services is absolutely awful. I'm tired to chatting with AI to get this problem solved and it's going on three weeks now.
Cancelled account for no reason!
You approved our account after we connected our business banking, with £1000 spend. After adding all the products, you then cancel the order stating reasons that arent applicable to us!
Approved then closed without explanation — significant time waste and poor service
Not recommended.
Spent days setting up the shop based on their encouraging onboarding emails (“we’ll take it from here”, “when it’s activated”). Account was then closed with no real explanation and no response to follow-up questions. Template rejection from support, no accountability for the time and work invested. If they want to say no, they should say it before applicants spend days building listings — not after.

Had high hopes of using this platform some of the sticks ok but the customer service is useless thet do not comprehend basic issues or misleading info given complicated communication and dishonest billings I don’t think I’ll be back as some of the sellers sre desert but can’t ibid useless customer service so much hassle
Great for boutique inventory, but watch vendor minimums
Honestly don't know how I managed seasonal sourcing before this. Being able to buy from different makers in one place saves me tons of time, and packages usually land at my shop within a week or so. Customer support was also super fast the one time a maker sent the wrong sizing. Only downside is Insider free shipping can be annoying when individual brands set $300 minimum order thresholds, especially if you only want a small sample run. Overall still my go-to for finding new brands.
Fast shipping on my shop orders
I used Faire to restock my boutique and everything showed up in about a week with no missing items. returns were easy too when one brand's sizing didn't work for my shelves.
Great company to buy from
Great company to buy from simple and a superb website with all the detail I need. A easy to follow ordering process and Invoicing is simple.
Never had an issue with this Company
Never had an issue with this Company, they are always quick to respond and resolve issues if any with wholesaler i may purchase from.
Very misleading advertising
Very misleading advertising. They are more of a platform akin to Amazon except there are very high minimum order requirements. Not worth considering for a small start up business, and disappointing.
⭐ **1/5
⭐ **1/5 – Legitimate business blocked from ordering without any explanation**
I run a legitimate, registered retail business with an active online store and a physical location. Despite this, Faire has blocked me from placing orders without providing any clear explanation.
What makes this even more frustrating is that several of my suppliers actively encourage me to place wholesale orders through Faire. However, Faire won't allow me to do so, creating unnecessary difficulties for both my business and my suppliers.
I have contacted customer support multiple times, but instead of explaining the reason or offering a solution, I keep receiving generic responses stating that the decision is final and cannot be reviewed.
As a small business owner, I find this lack of transparency and willingness to help extremely disappointing. I am simply trying to purchase products from suppliers who want to work with me.
A platform that claims to support independent retailers should offer better communication, transparency and customer service.
Should be UNFAIRE
Faire allowed us to sign up online, offered discount vouchers to ensure orders placed and ongoing subscription for free delivery, allowed us to contact suppliers that we were ordering with then total disappointment as order just cancelled. When asking for support total brick wall of no. Should be remained unfaire I do feel sorry for the suppliers who have defined £1000s of further orders. And allowing the trade prices of there suppliers to be shown online. At least now my money will go 100% to suppliers elsewhere when the hosting platform isn’t taking a chunk of the profits. Total shameless company with poor excuse of explanation and company ethics which they feel strongly about, but do show any towards new customers. Suppliers you should avoid, customers avoid.

They say that they have a policy of open with faire, but they don’t allow you to open your store. I would say nobody should buy from them ever again because they are very good with replying to your emails maybe but I don’t know why a store with a physical location and an online presence that wants to open can’t buy officially. They say that they have a policy that we could open a store with them.
I attempted to place 2 orders and they…
I attempted to place 2 orders and they declined my orders as they stated I could not provide proof of past or upcoming events. I’m launching in December and can not book an event until I can show my product to the vendor. I am completing the process of packaging my product and was attempting to source other things for the expo but this was somehow against their policy. I plan to take a different angle and sell online so no 600 plus dollar order or nearly 200 dollar order. What a shame for the 2 businesses that would have benefited from my business. I’ll buy elsewhere. Thanks, no thanks!

Really do enjoy the site and ability to get so many different products under 1 roof, my only issue is we decided to pay for insider because it mentioned the free shipping, but apparently it is only on certain vendors and even then most of them have a minimum purchase of over 300.00. we are a small independent bookstore and sometimes that makes it difficult, esp when there may not be 300 in merch you want from that particular vendor.
The site and products are great but…
The site and products are great but what I don't understand is the mass mailing, you buy something for the first time and get spammed by all sorts of Faire mail subscription lists, you'd think that unsubscribing would be enough but no... I've unsubscribed about 6 times already and they keep coming. Dark patterns...

I am new to Faire and they have been great! I love all the options they have! I had a problem with an item I received, and they took care of it ASAP! Very good customer service!!
