Was scheduled to receive an order that was not delivered by FedEx.…
Was scheduled to receive an order shipped by FedEx this past Saturday between 2:15 - 6:15 P.M. We closed that day but I went in just to be there to receive the order. When I tracked FedEx on the order they said they attempted to make delivery that morning at 9:40 A.M. (when there was nobody there to receive the order) and the order was redirected to be delivered the coming Monday. Naturally I was upset after driving to our company to receive the supposedly afternoon delivery. When I came into work Monday morning Dan from Wholesale Hose called me on the Phone to apologize for the mistake the Shipper made and promised to follow up on the shipped order to make sure that I did receive it that Monday, he gave me his telephone number. The order arrived that afternoon and before I had a chance to open the box Dan called me as promised to check if everything was O.K. with the order and he would take care of any problem. I didn't open the box until the next morning and was very happy with the quality of the Flexadux TR T-7 Thermoplastic 25 ft. 6" rubber duct hose. You cannot get better customer service that I received from Dan and Wholesale Hoses.

Driving in on a day you were closed, for a delivery window that had already come and gone that morning, is aggravating. The window you were given wasn't the one that got run — that's a real problem regardless of who caused it.
Dan will be glad to hear the follow-through landed. Calling you first thing Monday, handing over his direct number, and checking back after the box arrived is how we expect this to go when a shipment goes sideways. Hang on to that number — he's your guy on the next order, and he can confirm fit and availability before anything ships.
Glad the Flexadux TR came through in good shape.

Shipping was unbelievable fast
Shipping was unbelievable fast. Ordered on a Saturday after business hours and the hose arrived Tuesday morning. My only concern is that this isn’t the same hose I ordered a year or two ago. Same hose, Flexadux LCDC. The old one had an addition liners inside the hose, this new one doesn’t. We will see how it holds up. I’m replacing the old one because I ran over it and crushed it.
