MirrorLot Reviews

I’ve ordered two sets of shelves (5 total) and plan to order more. The quality of the finished wood as well as the care taken in shipping is amazing. I really appreciate the workmanship and attention to detail. Thank you!

We were very happy with the mirror. Main issue we had was the customer service aspect. The reps were all nice but there seemed to be a lag in response time. Also, not surebif on my end or the website but when website offered link to contact customer service, the link never went through.

Good quality and the turn around time was reasonable. Shipping was extremely well packed

I have had 3 mirrors made from MirrorLot. Happy with all 3 high quality work and craftsmanship .. 5 stars for sure !!

The mirror and frame quality are superb - the packaging and delivery amazing! My only issue is your on-line ordering which I find very confusing and difficult to use!

Beautiful mirror and frame that was packaged extremely well and arrived in excellent condition.

the mirror was exactly what I ordered; it came perfectly packed and looks great!!

I have ordered multiple mirrors from you guys over the years. Most recently, I ordered two more. One arrived fine the other was damaged. I contacted you, sent the pictures and you sent a replacement mirror. That one also arrived damaged. I contacted you again, tried calling customer service multiple times, sent multiple emails with pictures and once I finally connected with someone was told I would receive an email within a few minutes regarding sending another replacement mirror. That was approx. 1.5 weeks ago, and I have not heard a thing since. I have tried calling and no one answers or returns my messages/emails. I am extremely frustrated and very disappointed. I would like the status on my replacement and cannot get one despite my efforts. Very disappointing customer service.

Nicely made mirror. The silver frame matches our faucets perfectly and the beveling is beautiful.

This is the second set of mirrors we ordered from mirrorlot. Very pleased with the quality of the products. First set was ordered years ago and still looks great and holds up well. Two minor quibbles: order took longer than expected and I had to email to check on order. Also hardware to hang mirrors is provided with the order except for drywall anchors and screws which would have been great. Mirrors were extremely well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

Beautiful, high quality mirror, no distortion at all! Fast delivery and super well packaged.

Mirrorlot made a custom mahogany table for our breakfast area. We love the look of it, it was worth the wait. It shipped, well protected and in great condition, from Texas to Alabama.

I requested a return of two mirrors, you have delayed, delayed, and delayed to the point I filed a grievance with my credit card. Then you finally agreed to return the mirrors with a hefty return fee which I agreed to but now say that the banks aren't saying the grievance was cleared. Yes, it was, a month ago, I want this taken care of, there is no reason not to finish this transaction. You are stalling hoping I will just give up. If you don't follow through I will file a grievance again with my credit card for fraudulent misrepresentation of your return policy. Get this done~!!!!!!!

Excellent workmanship. Packaged extremely well. My second mirror from Mirror Lot.

I’m so happy with my mirror. It was so easy to order and looks perfect in my bathroom. I will definitely use this company again.

Mirror looks beautiful. Communication was good during process. Very responsive to my inquiries on status. It was packaged very securely for shipping to ensure no damage occurred during transport. It was a large mirror.

The mirrors are very nice, but customer service is unresponsive. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. If you call, a recorded message tells you to fill out a form and says they’ll get right back to you, but they never do. When the initial delivery expectation was not met, there was no response until the order was shipped.

Two mirrors were delivered broken and it has now been over five weeks trying to get them replaced. They have acknowledged the issue by email but failed to deliver. I managed to get through by phone once and was told my replacements should have already shipped. Still waiting.

Quality is always great. Delivery time is excellent.

The finished work product, and the careful packaging is OUTSTANDING and second to none. Their replies to e-mails (if you even get one) is sorely in need of improvement.

Due of a hiccup with the webpage, I received a call from the staff. They were courteous and apologetic. They completed the order over the phone, and I had the mirror a few days later. Awesome!
