Very Easy to Navigate
I have just moved from Hastings to Zego. The app is brilliant, so easy to navigate (especially for a dinosaur). The cost is very competitive, and the website and app are easy to navigate. So far so good!

Good price but terrible driving app…
Good price but terrible driving app bound up as all insurance companies now do. I got told about sharp braking. I live in Central London with swarms of deliveroo and just eat bikes cutting across you wherever you go. I've decided to get a dash cam fitted to try and show whichever genius thought my phone was a great way to monitor my driving. My favourite message was when they told me to secure my phone in my car as if it moved they assumed that was my car whizzing around. Good company, fair price terrible tracking app. Having driven for 40 plus years I've never had an accident and my two speeding tickets were one at 3.00 in the morning in a completely empty road maze of baffling cones and confusing signs on the M25. I was at 52 miles per hour in a 50 mile area ( 20 years ago) and then at 22 miles an hour on a 20 mile stretch of road near where I live with a bus two inches behind me! Not saying Im the world's greatest driver but Im sensible and Im safe as my record shows. Big Brother is here.

I did originally have a 5 star review…
I did originally have a 5 star review for good customer service from Wajhaat.
I have deleted that review and have now had to change it to 1 star.
The same issue happened again, but this time Jordan took up an hour of my time for an issue that was Zego's fault and he told me the wrong thing multiple times and kept making mistakes by failing to help properly. Jordan's service was terrible and it seemed like he wasn't trained properly. I ended up speaking to Wajhaat again after but this time he wasn't helpful as he didn't read the previous chats properly.
The service was extremely poor this time and all the issues haven't been fully resolved. If you read my chat log from todat then you'll see exactly what I'm on about
