As an 86 year old you need everything to be as simple as possible when using the Internet to find the easiest company to find my car insurance, Esure ticked most of the boxes in everyway ending with best policy for me.

I was left with a dilemma when I had organised to collect my brand new car AXA insurance refused t replace my new on the insurance I already had with them as I was told it was high risk due to it being a new model .it was in fact a Kia Sportage Storm. The reason it was high risk I was told was they may not be able to get parts if in accident.Thanks to compare the market ensure came up with a very good quote for the age of my husband and Iand compared favourably with my previous insurance. It was all completed very quickly online.

It all went really well until after I had paid it said I was on a plan for Automatic renewal which I do not want it says can go online and take that off but as yet can find no way in to do this

Very disappointing that I wasn’t offered multi car discount as systems can’t apply retrospectively. The app and the website are very limited in capability

Disappointing. Poor customer care. Still waiting for a return call 2 weeks later. After speaking about how poor my experience was at the time and leading up to that last call. Pretty crap really. Happy to take my money though
