Made the inquiry on a Saturday with one further question & by Sunday (PM) was approved & money going into account in the next 24 hours.

Found the process quick & easy, no fuss would not hesitate to use Zopa again

Very happy with the mobile app

Very happy with the mobile app. Great offers, only think is I would like to switch from my current bank to my Zopa Biscuit account, but they don’t do Pay by Bank which is how I pay my other bills.

Easy to get loan a couple of things…

Easy to get loan a couple of things otherwise it would have been a five star rating interest to high and when I went to pay off loan earlier there website would not process my payment through direct debit so I had to pay through my bank a bank transfer but overhaul a satisfactory outcome

Love everything about Zopa

Love everything about Zopa, from their great rates to their easy Stocks and Shares ISAs. Just got a loan at a cheaper rate than I was paying with Lloyds. Will save me nearly £150 in interest over the next 2 years.

I love how Zopa works

I love how Zopa works, I've been with them for over 3 years, never had any concerns.
I like being able to split my money into different pots for different reasons is great and because I can put different restrictions on means I can't dip into accounts as and when.
