Just placed three orders with M&S and sad to say two of them had issues caused by EVRI- easily the worst delivery company in the country. One delivery was delayed by 5 days the current one hasn’t been delivered despite me paying for guaranteed day delivery. Absolutely shocking / no customer service - no one to speak to Why on earth M&S use them is a mystery - would give minus stars if possible!

Gorgeous ladies blouses Very different but fantastic quality unique designs and they feel lovely on. I wear mine for work as I’m an NHS practice manager and never fail to get admiring comments from my staff. Fast and professional dispatch too! What’s not to like

Arranged a collection last month , courier never arrived. No one answered emails and phone lines did not work. A week later I spoke to someone who promised me a refund that still has not been paid. Will never use Hermes again. Appalling service
