Prompt and efficient service.

A good straight forward process when applying for a loan etc, everything easily control in the Zopa app, great rates depending on your credit history, I'm a long term customer & I'm more than happy with the years of service I have received

So easy to do online especially if you’ve got the app, I had two loans from Zopa and both of them are easy to track.
You get offers every now and then, I’ve just this minute had a lower rate offer so I’ve taken a loan that’s just enough to pay off one of the two I have, this makes the payment £5 P/M less and paid off 3 months sooner.. thanks Zopa

I had a fixed term ISA which ended in August and I completed form to transfer it to another bank with higher interest rate.Zopa blocked the transfer stating ERROR but not what that was.I rang them and was told I should have ticked partial transfer.I repeated the process doing this but still got blocked stating error.
I rang again and was told that was wrong and there was a problem with the app. I asked the agent why I hadnt been told this initially and to be informed of when I can do the transfer.He said he would raise a complaint .
No one has contacted me ,I dont know when I can transfer my money and my money is being kept by Zopa at 3,25% interest when I could be earning 4.72 elsewhere.
So I wouldnt recommend Zopa to anyone and will not be using them again myself.

The app itself is very straightforward. Easy to navigate. User friendly. I recently had my card not working and ordered a replacement through the app got the physical card in 3 days and was still able to use my wallet card for purchases which was great. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent company, especially for credit rating rebuilding. They gave me a card with an initial credit limit, even though my credit rating was not good at that time and traditional companies such as Barclaycard or my bank refused me, then raised the limit after a few months of paying it off (or paying a large chunk off) of the card each month. They then later offered me a loan at competitive rates a few months later. The app is super easy to use and shows all the products you have active with them in one place. 10/10
