I spoke to two people who had personal email addresses and direct phone numbers and who were able to answer all my questions. This made a welcome change from anonymous call centres.

Tom was great, helpful, supportive and allowed me to ask all the 'stupid' questions. Tom didn't push for responses or decisions but worked with us in our timeframe.

Timothy was very helpful and always phoned and emailed on time. I gave a lower rating because I could not get through on the phone numbers - it just cut off after a little while.

Kash has made the switch to UPS very simple especially when working with 4 separate sites. It is great to have a dedicated account manager to help us with anything that comes up

We accepted a good offer for both gas and eletricity, with major savings. The communication was excellent and set up took no time at all.

Unlike most electricity companies UGP were easy to contact and very helpful. It is early days, but I am impressed with their service and follow up.
