Cant get into my account despite having all the saved access information. Spoke to your assistant who says she will reset the portal and send me a copy of the bill. All I get is another email asking me to access the portal. NO joined up thinking here!! Just wasting my time. Please sort it properly as I am a new customer and not at all impressed with your technical service so far.
My query was resolved and was assured that my account settings have been changed so I will not need to call again.

I’m very disappointed with the service from Valda Energy. The customer service is extremely poor, and the payment department never replies to emails. The billing department is also very unhelpful and unresponsive. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Was with valda for over a year. Had nothing but wrong readings and thousands of £s taken from my account every month, every time having to call and explain their faults. It never changed, resulting in me transferring money from my account, so valda could not take another thousand off me. Even now I'm no longer their customer. I'm still receiving emails asking for payments. They are still due me money, iv given up any hope of ever seeing it. Terrible company I'd never use again or recommend.

A Fantastic service from Roxanne. No waiting in long queues. Roxanne attended to all of our needs when trying to change some of our business information. Nothing we asked was too much hassle. She then followed it all up in an email.

After weeks of trying to close our account with Valda we finally managed this with the assistance of our broker, Bionic. Initially we were not impressed with Valda's procrastination in attempting to close our account when we sold our business. Suffice to say we spoke to Pheobe this morning who finally confirmed the account has been closed and we are due a rebate from our last bill. Pheobe was very helpful and only wish we had spoken to her at the beginning of journey to close our account. Well done Pheobe, your customer service skills are outstanding . Thank you very much

Having spent months being bounced around being asked to produce various document to prove i had vacated a property (complicated by covid) I spoke to Jack. What a breath of fresh air. Jack escalated my problem to a full complaint. He said "he" would look into it and find some answers. He did. 24 hours later all sorted. A refund will be issued and he will make sure I receive it promptly. Not all super hero's wear capes.

I have been with Valda for over 2 years now and have just renewed again for the 3rd year. I find them very easy to deal with and their customer service is excellent, quick and efficient. Thank you so much to Jess Tubman who recently renewed my business energy contract. She wasn’t pushy whatsoever, gave me all of the details I needed to compare myself and was there all the way through the renewal. Making it seamless!

I have bene using Valda for 12 months now and I have found them to be simple to use when needed with a genuine non AI, non chat bot, non whats app, genuine approachable personable human who on this occasion was Olivia who worked with me to negotiate an acceptable 3 year energy deal I am comfortable with. I've used British Gas and EDF and Yu Energy in the past and have many reason no to return to any of them them.
Also Valdas invoicing via their online app is so straightforward to use, easy to access and simple to read.... Well done Valda and Olivia keep doing what you are doing !

Do not recommend. Cannot send meter readings through their app or website. Terrible customer service asked me to take a selfie with today’s newspaper and meter as they don’t trust normal picture of meter. Very rude and unhelpful. Of course they never fixes the issue with app/website so still cannot send meter readings.
