Property Managers - Bionic are life savers!

Bionic have been a great find for me over the years, the fact I can set them to what my preferences are for a new contract is wonderful and means I don't need to spend hours searching to check my clients are on the best contract.

Very Pleased and reassured we are compliant

I had my annual review with Amy Alexander yesterday, Amy was very through and explained everything clearly and concisely. We may only be a small family business but knowing we are adhering to all the requirements in the ever changing landscape of employment law is very reassuring

If only more utilities calls were like this!

Having dealt with multiple electricity companies throughout my career as a property manger it can often be the call you put off as you'll inevitably spend time on an automates system then hold and more likely than not have to explain everything to multiple people during the call. Not with Reece or Tom. I rang this morning having only heard about the company the day before, Reece was instantly knowledgeable of what I was talking about. He then arranged for Tom to give me a call and again he was really great and explained everything I needed to know even though I am some way off form being bale to move my meters - it didn't stop Tom being supportive and spending time discussing ti with me
