I clearly instructed trodo I needed a copy of the invoice attached to the outside of the package for customs, to show the value of the goods in a subtotal, add shipping at the end. This obviously wasn’t acceptable and totalled the invoice to price of goods and shipping combined. Goods under €150 I don’t have to pay any tax on. So now the price is over the threshold their shipping agents , dhl, can charge an extra €30 for handling the customs as there is a charge now due because my instructions were not followed. Very pissed off customer that has had to pay an extra €43 that I shouldn’t have had to pay. End result I won’t be using trodo for any other purchases and won’t be buying from anybody that uses dhl to ship purchases. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Really impressed with this company, had an issue and they resolved it without any problem, always a concern with car parts. The part are top quality and great prices will order from again

I did not know about Trodo before, so I was a bit skeptical. But Trodo turned out to be the fastest and most reliable method to source the car part from Germany to Spain. I am really satisfied with the communication and shipment as well as the price. I definitely will use Trodo next time I need a part.

Good price and delivery for a single small item.

El 16 de marzo realicé un pedido de la Frost Flash Pro – variante roja. Después de nueve días de espera, recibí la versión estándar verde, un producto que es hasta un 50% más barato. Esta versión podría haberla pedido en otro sitio y recibirla en un solo día. Si hubiera querido esa, la habría comprado allí. Elegí Trodo precisamente porque ofrecían la versión Pro en rojo, pero en su lugar enviaron una versión más barata.
He intentado contactar tanto por correo electrónico como a través del formulario de contacto, pero no obtuve ninguna respuesta. Sin confirmación, sin explicación, nada.
En resumen:

Pagas por un producto más caro y recibes una versión más barata
Esperas más tiempo del necesario
Sin respuesta del servicio de atención al cliente

Hasta ahora, una de mis peores experiencias con una tienda online. Muy decepcionante – absolutamente evitar. Actualizaré mi opinión cuando reciba una respuesta, pero por ahora: no recomendable.

On March 16th, I ordered the Frost Flash Pro – red variant. After nine days of waiting, I received the standard green version, a product that is up to 50% cheaper. I could have ordered that version elsewhere and had it delivered within one day. If I had wanted that one, I would have bought it there. I specifically chose Trodo because they advertised the red Pro version, yet they sent a cheaper model instead.
I’ve tried contacting them via email and their contact form, but I received no response at all. No confirmation, no explanation, nothing.
In short:

You pay for a more expensive product but receive a cheaper version
You wait far longer than necessary
No reply from customer service

So far, this is one of my worst online shopping experiences. Very disappointing – absolutely avoid. I will update my review if I ever receive a response, but for now: not recommended.
