Terrible service! Sent wrong items, damaged products, and blocked my calls
I ordered a pair of Sidem suspension arms. They sent completely wrong parts that do not match as a pair (left/right). Both items arrived in torn plastic packaging, and one of the arms is deeply scratched down to the bare metal due to poor handling and storage in their warehouse. A scratched suspension part will rust prematurely.
Although I emailed them clear photo evidence, customer support refused to look at the pictures and brushed me off with a generic template reply. To make matters worse, after dragging this out for days, when I called again on Wednesday, the operator immediately transferred my call to an automated robot the moment they heard my name, just to avoid responsibility.
My car has a torn bushing and has been completely immobilized for 5 days because of their incompetence. They show zero respect for their customers' time and money. Avoid this shop

You are 100% right to be furious, and there is absolutely no excuse for the way your case was handled. Shipping mismatched parts in damaged packaging is a severe mistake, and your technical point is entirely correct—a deep scratch down to the bare metal on a suspension arm compromises its protective layer, which will cause it to rust prematurely. This item should never have passed our quality control.
What is even more embarrassing to us is the treatment you received from our support team. Brushing off your photo evidence with generic templates and deliberately transferring your call to an automated robot is completely contrary to our standards. We are truly sorry for the extreme stress and inconvenience this has caused, especially with your car being immobilized for 5 days.

I bought a part because their website explicitly stated it was compatible with my vehicle. After purchasing, the company checked my VIN and admitted the item was completely incompatible. Instead of taking responsibility for their database error and providing a free return label, they tried to force me to pay international shipping costs to Poland to get a refund. Their customer service completely refused to help. I had to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Be very careful buying from this site; their compatibility tool cannot be trusted and their support is terrible.

Missleading pictures on the website
I orded a rear side panel for my Accord (6504-03-2926592P) , the picture on the website showed that the panel stretched up and above a natural line in the cars bodywork making it easier to weld in the new panel on the car. What i got was around 10cm lower than in the picture which meant it had to be welded on a flat surface on the car which is way more difficult to do and get a good result. When I filed a complain stating it was not the same as in the picture and providing them with pictures to show my point they just answered that the part I got fitted the car.
So its no point for me to return it because the freight cost is the same as the price for the part, so 60euros down the drain..
I will not recommend this company to anyone.

False Advertising and Unreliable Parts
I bought a part from this company and it was advertised as OEM and a genuine Denkermann part. I paid to get the part fitted to the car. When I took my car to get tested for its control technique, the efficacy of the shock was at only 47% and this is a supposedly new part. Still waiting for a response and my money back. Don't be fooled by the false advertising these parts are not what they say they are and won't last 5 minutes. You will be let off lightly if they don't damage your car and jeopardise your safety, I have already submitted proof this standard response explains is exactly what I would expect.

I bought a defective part and…
I bought a defective part and Autofixer will not even begin the process to trade it , because they're hellbent on making me give them the VIN of the car.
The problem is: The car is from 1968. No VIN.
They argue that they need the VIN to clarify is the part is correct to the car. I Told them that the maker (BOSCH) clearly states that this part (F 026 T02 203) directly replaces my old part (0 190 350 049). Horrible Customer support. Literally a Scam . Bought here instead of auto.doc and im regreating the idea!
