As a product of a "reputable" software company, this app/service is painfully low quality. Unreliable, difficult to use.
For the plus side, it works sometimes. It is the quality that upsets me.
Review of Excom
The service is good, broadband is fast, and the mobile is OK. Reasonable price.
BUT
The administration is terrible. There were 5 mistakes in 3 lines. The email is wrong, the address is wrong, and even the ID was wrong that made nearly impossible to end the contract and transfer the number.

Excellent experience.
I did not know about Trodo before, so I was a bit skeptical. But Trodo turned out to be the fastest and most reliable method to source the car part from Germany to Spain. I am really satisfied with the communication and shipment as well as the price. I definitely will use Trodo next time I need a part.
Review of eBay
I am just not able to use Ebay website and app as their usability is ZERO.
First, it tries to communicate with in a language I do not speak and it is impossible to find how and where to change it.
Second, the shearch "features" has absolutely no idea about the items, their parameters and where they are in the word.
Third, the currency the items are listed has no sense at all.
Well, the whole ebay has no sense at all know.
I used it frequently 5-10 years ago. Now it is useless.
