OK once past the download app
It was a bit confusing at first having to download an app but once that hurdle was overcome itcwas fairly simple the only hiccup being having 3 attempts at the "turn your face right" bit of the recognition

Shockingly poor and flaky app
Shockingly poor and flaky app, used on two separate devices by two different users. Bearing in mind the nature of the product, its concerning, as to whether critical private data is being handled safely.
My experience with other products is like night and day.
There seems to be constant server issues, the ID photo facility is dire to say the least.
Very disappointing.

Quite straightforward app to use
It took me a couple of minutes to get the hang of which way I was to hold documents for them to scan but once I got the hang of it is was pretty straightforward to use the app.

Easy to use App
My Solicitor requested I use Thirdfort to complete my id checks in order to engage them for my house sale/ purchase. I found Thirdfort instructions clear, and completing all the requiredsections easy to do.

Very easy to use
Very easy to use. Had to be patient when scanning the passport details. Would be nice to have some whiring circles when waiting for the whole thing to process. I.patiently waited took about 30 mins
