I recently used Muve to buy a flat in London and compared to a solicitor's firm, Muve was much more competitively priced. My account manager, Ethan, was always available, pleasant, patient and professional. everything was done online which was difficult for me being an octogenarian but with his help, I managed to go through the entire process. The conveyancer kept changing which was confusing for me but at the end, I had Naduni who was also very helpful.

I cannot thank Imasha and Tanya enough, they sorted out what was difficult dealings with a previous solicitors for me with professionalism. They kept me informed of proceedings on a regular basis, which is what you need when other people are being obstructive. I would highly recommend Muve as a team of solicitors.

Terrible, had to constantly chase them up. They actually missed my agreed exchange date and I had to ask what was going on. Unprofessional, Very stressful. The team kept changing. My brokers had to be involved to help communicate with them.

Unfortunately I would not recommend at all. Upsetting and stressful. Very sad to give a review like this but this is my experience.

Very disappointed with our experience.
We had read so many positive reviews but for us this has not been the case.

They are very slow and we have not been provided regular updates. We chose the service as they say they can provide a service within seven weeks, we are on week five now and still on the introduction phase.

I have messaged the account manager and conveyancer and am being told it will likely be twelve to fourteen weeks, despite there being no chain and us being first time buyers.

I can say that my sale was very stressful with many ups and downs. However, I always felt my Case Handler Kevin and Conveyancer Vihara were doing all they could for me. Appreciate their support and hard work, and they really went the extra mile to get exchange. Recommend.
