I will certainly be using Juno again . The main reason was that I didn’t feel messed around or ripped off - which is, let’s be honest, the problem with most conveyancers. They were clear in what they did and let you know the status of the sale via the easy to use portal. This also told you exactly when something had been done or an enquiry had been sent.
They also gave you the chance to submit helpful evidence/ links or replies via the portal which were then speedily sent to the buyers solicitor.
Most of all, THEY ALWAYS ANSWERED THE PHONE OR EMAILS! YES, that elusive species, a firm of lawyers who do their job for a fair fee and do it quickly.

Was a bit apprehensive about using a completely online solicitor. However, Juno have been incredible and absolutely stood out from the chain of solicitors involved . Juno were so quick and if it hadn’t been for the delay of other solicitors it would have been at least 6 weeks quicker. I never waited more than half hour for a reply from them, they were on the ball with everything. Communication was brilliant. Would absolutely recommend them.

Has 1st time buyers and not knowing what we were doing, juno were very helpful, professional and friendly from day 1. The fact that everything was done online (no need to post documents, or documents getting missed/lost), the dashboard to check progress and the constant updates, via email or phone call, made the stress that is buying a property for the first time a lot smother and easier. We felt reassured and that the case was always moving forward. I can't recommend juno enough, 10 out of 10.
