Gemma Lloyd is not your regular conveyancing solicitor. She responds to email queries often within minutes of sending an enquiry, even at weekends and well into the evenings! She’s backed up by a very efficient team and they all have a calm, competent demeanour. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Having said all of this, I’ve never met Gemma so maybe she’s just an ‘AI bot’! Whatever she is, she’s very good at her job!

Having not needed conveyancing for many years I was lucky enough to be recommended Setfords Solicitors and particularly Evette Wright plus her assistant Sophie. Evette gave me a time frame for the conveyance with documentation to outline the entire procedure. It came as a bit of a shock the amount of technology involved these days. I needn’t have worried as both Evette and Sophie always answered emailed questions quickly and were amazingly patient throughout. Laura Davidson was utterly amazing with the sale of our house. During the process it came to light that our buyers were incredibly difficult people to deal with.
