Setfords completed my house purchase in record time. The Estate agents have asked to keep their details because in 24 years they have not had an agreed sale price end in completion within 2 months!
William communicated clearly, ensured I was kept updated with information. He went above and beyond and saved me money too. This was an extraordinary service and I would highly recommend Setfords and William in particular.

We have dealt with many conveyances in the past, but never before have we used Setfords. We did so after being recommended by a friend and we are so pleased we took his advice. Our conveyancer was Sarah Howe and you could not wish for a more understanding and better communicator. Each step of the process was dealt with efficiently and much faster than previous conveyancers we have used. The charge for her services was also good value, when compared to others in the same market and her final invoice was exactly as originally quoted. All in all - excellent service from an excellent professional. We can highly recommend Sarah and will do so to any of our friends who need a conveyancer.
