EU Customs duty charges
Other than Brexit, everything was top notch. EU starting to charge customs duty on top of the existing taxes raises the prices which makes it more convenient to buy locally.

Hassle Free Transaction.
In my opinion the sign of a very good supplier is when the transaction is ‘hassle free’. No need to contact Customer Services due to the order being late or that the packaging used was insufficient to prevent damage to the goods resulting from mishandling by the carrier.

2022 order not Received in 2026
Made an order in 2022, still have not received the order or an update in 2026. Zero response from the company when trying to contact them through their website. I had previously made 5 different purchases with them and did not have an issue, but waiting 4 years for something I already paid for is not acceptable.

Order # SOUND147113 Very Poor Experience This time
Having ordered from the Sound Of Vinyl severral times, with no issues, I was surprised by the very poor experience with this order.
My order was placed on the 19/01 and despatched on the 21/01 via Royal Mail 24 tracked, then nothing the tracking info didn't update other than to say that the courier was expecting the package. Contacting the company resulted in initially responses from chatbots and a nine day wait that resulted in the item being declared lost.
O5/02 replacement despatched again via Royal Mail 24 tracked,again the same scenario tracking info not updating and parcel declared lost. Are you detecting a pattern here yet.
19/02 Second replacement despatched via Royal Mail 24 and ahgain tracking info not updating courier only expecting package and again declared lost.
03/03 Replacement sent this time by upgraded service via DPD. Again the same scenario tracking info suggesting that they were awiting the package, again no delivery and declared lost.
Refund obtained 12/03
Throughout this experience the responses I received from customer services seemed frankly automated and there seemed to be no real concern about the fact that their logistics system was unable to deliver an order on 4 separate occasions.
Frankly I will think twice before using this company again
