Tactree and 5.11 "always is ready and always will be ready""
I first discovered the 5.11 tactical brand in 2010 whilst working overseas. All the contractors chose this brand, and the brand was being sold on military bases for a reason. The best tactical clothing money can buy. Small and important details like comfort waistband and 7 belt loops and YKK zippers that none of the competition seems to understand are so necessary whilst being deployed. On many contracts laundry service is known as the "atomic wash" 😳. Whatever you put in the laundry always comes back two sizes smaller. All clothing except 5.11 clothing which keeps it's size and doesn't shrink. Tactree have been nothing but helpful. Yes 5.11 brand isn't cheap and isn't a brand I can afford to buy often these days but quality comes at a price and receiving their product is something to look forward to. An event. Long may the tactree=5.11 partnership continue!!

My mistake put right by TAC Tree Customer Services
Order was sent via Royal Mail, and parcel was returned because I had made a mistake when auto fill put in the address without including that it was my company address.
My fault entirely so I contacted TAC Tree customer services.
They replied straight away, looked out for the returned parcel and re-sent via DPD.
I was talking to them throughout the time and getting updates.
So different to many on-line experiences I've had before.
Highly recommend them, first class a positive experience and outcome .

Great customer service
I sent for 2 pairs of trousers 1 pair of jeans 2 tee shirts and a sweatshirt all except the jeans were a perfect fit and really good quality, (and look great), the jeans VIKTOS GUNFIGHTER RR however size 34 were too big I measured them at 35 and with the stretch in the waist nearly a 37, so I contacted TacTree who got back to me right away sent me details of how to return the jeans and immediately they had arrived back
sent out a size 32 which did fit well. The VIKTOS GUNFIGHTER RR jeans really good if you are muscular in the leg. Great customer service as always and that’s why I keep coming back.
